I hope this video helps you realize perhaps why you aren't losing weight or seeing progress in your fitness journey! Just fyi - I'm NOT a dietician or certified personal trainer. 1- Just because its healthy does not mean you can just keep eating it and eating it
2- overeating and poor portion control
3- do not deprive yourself of the food you love
4- not that you have to track your macros or calories, but its important to know what each food is made of
5- going to the gym with no plan/ not knowing what you are doing
6-overeating and binge eating because she wasn't eating foods that were fulfilling. eat foods that have substance and fiber etc
7- not drinking enough water will lead to binge eating and dehydration will make you feel like youre hungry. drink more water and drink before every meal
8- protein powder will not make you bulky
9- not pushing herself at the gym
10- DO NOT drink your calories!! lots of calories/ sugar in coffee drinks etc.

Here to motivate you:
-Don’t give up after one week. or the 2nd week. Or the 3rd week. Or ever!!! PERSEVERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-Results don’t come quick
-cardio everyday isn’t the answer!
-incorporate some small weights and body weight exercises!
I’ve done workout almost everyday for more than one month and didn’t see any results. But still trying to believe someday i got the body i want 🤘🏻

so many people on a diet eat salad...ITS NOT HEALTHY IF YOU HAVE CHEESE BACON BITS AND RANCH ALL OVER IT😂 well cheese ain't that bad but still...
Cheese and bacon aren't bad for you if you're on a keto diet :)
If it fits in your calorie plan it's no big deal. They have lower calorie ranch, cheese can be good for you in moderation, and bacon bits are fine to have as long as you watch your serving size.
Newbie Fitness Academy keto diet is not healthy
For a dressing, I use 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar, and a pinch of salt. I don't like thick dressings like ranch on salads. Cheese on salad is also a terrible idea.
NO ONE! BOSSES! THE GARNET! Olive oil has so many calories. One tablespoon alone is 120

U do know that when u drink protein powder, if u take in more protein than ur body needs u just end up peeing it out again
6 months ago I started to drink my coffee with just soy milk 🥛 no sugar
and oh my goodness big change in my body ... I dropped 7 kg.

Ajo Wong yeah, and sugar..a lot of people don't think about it but sugar is in everything, and especially with coffee and such. you don't realize it. I'm glad you're happier as well (:!

same ive been doing some workouts i saw here in youtube and they all say that in just 1 week they lose 10 pounds and im doing the same thing for 1 month and i do not see any difference to my body
The people who lose a lot of weight really fast will most likely gain it back after some time. It's okay if you don't see results after the first week, sometimes it can take a lot more time. Eat healthy, drink water, workout and just try and experiment to see what works for you. Also, don't only weight yourself because your weight can vary depending on the time of day, how much you ate or drank. Try to find workouts that you enjoy and just be happy with yourself for taking care of your body :)

Nope i love salads too... i am vegetarian so most people think im just saying that but i really do like salads, especially without a dressing

love how you only go for like 30 minutes!! over training is a real thing too. I overtrained my body for years because some guy told me I should be working out 5x a week for an hr every day. also was doing such heavy cardio and you lose weight so much more from body weight than cardio. I didn't see progress for years, actually ended up gaining, now I work out like 4x a week for 40 minutes and have seen the best results I ever have. shorter workouts ftw
Absolutely. Short but high intensity workouts are the way to go. And obviously focusing on your nutrition :)

I liked this video even before watching it in its entirety. I love that you got straight to the point unlike many people on here. I've made some of those same mistakes and wished I had known them sooner. I've been preaching number 1 to people a whole lot: healthy foods have calories too!
I have been getting good with working out everyday and drinking water consistently, it’s just that I get bored/sad and start eating the whole pantry.

This vid was spot on for me! I have been going to the gym for years but I never really had goals/a plan for what workouts I wanted to do. I recently went back to the gym with the goal of becoming more lean and toned. I have definitely adjusted my workout regimen and seeing results! I'm sorry but Idon't think this is good advice.
the best way to lose weight is intuitive eating. listen to your hunger ques, you have to retrain your body to know when it's actually satisfied. not full, satisfied.
Eat what you want until you do not feel hungry anymore. It has been porven that intuitive eating (the right way) makes you eat 3 times less and NEVER feel hungry.
I lost 17 lbs without depriving myself of anything.
Don't let yourself slip into a disorder that will take over your life to look a certain way.
accept yourself if you can't love yourself
And maybe that’s something I should have mentioned! I don’t ever starve myself anything. If I’m hungry, I eat! You do make a good point tho. Thanks!
Everyone follow her advice! Honestly I’ve actually been doing this lately and it’s made so much difference in how much calories I ate per day. Just tell yourself to stop eating when you’re full, for me I only eat when my stomach starts to growl and stop when I feel satisfied not full. When you eat till you’re satisfied you’ll feel full later on because it takes a while for your body to recognise that it’s actually full. When you eat till you’re full you’re actually eating more than you are supposed to. 😊
That works for some people. But others need something to help them see how many calories they’re eating. She also said she’s saying what works for her.
I was just about to try this method. "Eat when hungry and until satisfied". Usually snacks are the things that bring me down, I always eat when I'm bored or craving and I need to stop. Also a tip, drink water before every meal because you may never know if you body needs water or a meal!

I love how I've made known of these mistakes and I'm doing everything this right way I'm just not seeing results for a year now
I am also trying to make healthier choice and it's not that I want to lose weight it just that I want to fell healthy and I was not feeling that I used to feel bloated I have added some changes because it's just been 3week like drinking a lot of water and I realised I if I count my water intake it's easy like today it's night now and until now I have drinked 11 glasses of water it's carzy but it was not I didn't have anything in liquid like tea,coffe etc and then making healthier choice rather than eating milk chocolate I eat dark chocolate and other thing I do I eat a little bit rather than eating a whole chocolate I eat 2-3 piece and choosing almond as snack then chips because I need food when I am working but like only 10 piece for an hour and half
