This is a song be some European band in the 90s and they chant used is from some hymn from a guy in Taiwan I believe, or China, and a lawyer for that Chinese fellow who is an old man today sued they Europen band for using his vocals. So the " whhooo ooo ahh o yeahh oh wha, yee yee oh wah oh wah" is a recording from this Asian fellow. Thats all I know about it. But its one of the most beautiful song I have heard.
Hey, love your work! The song was built around a Native American chant/recording. Although the video was beautiful, I wish it had a Native American theme; would have been more appropriate. If you like the song, then you would enjoy the whole album.

It was actually chanting from the Amis people, an aboriginal people on the island of Taiwan. Common misconception. :)
