It’s a TD “The Lifer” and you have to beat them at a sort of tic tac toe / chess game. Moving your pieces opens other doors where you can activate debuffs on it
Theres one central door that is open and enter that. I will tell the truth, i just used loot mapper, opened all openable chests and flying on top to go straight to it, skipping the maze. You can do the maze or not 👍
