If a citizen flags you down such as them they are supposed to talk to them instead of speeding off in the middle of the conversation because they knew they were in the wrong. Yes they can do what they want but they still need to be safe about it and turn on the red and blues and a quick siren ring if someone’s in the way or for a quick warning.

Having lots of personal experience with the substance: the dose at which you would no longer be able to operate a vehicle and the dose at which you would experience such extreme sensory distortions have too strong of a correlation for that story to really be believable. Also, people who are experienced enough to proficiently operate a vehicle under the influence of a psychedelic would also have the where-with-all to check their instrument cluster or do some basic reality-checking to know how fast they are really going.
I get it, "it's just a story, brah", but still - exaggerated stories about psychedelics don't improve the public's perception of and openness towards such substances.
