An excellently informative video, as always. To the point and factual: something that this platform sorely requires. Incidentally, are there any good reference materials on Fallschirmjager equipment? I recently came across what was advertised as a DDR jump helmet from 1990. I was only aware that the east German airborne used steel WZ. 63 helmets, but this example is made of plastic with leather padding around the rim and a Styrofoam filler. For the life of me, I can’t find any source to indicate any switch to this manner of helmet.
Cool, I can never find rpk specific mag pouches, I use some surplus French or British sling pouches I found at a surplus store for my 40s, I like to tape my 40s together tho, so a big dump/sling pouches works better
Waking up to a. DDR RPG pouch is a good omen for a Thursday.. thanks Simon…. It is a nice Scale of Issue you are recovering for the Republic..😉
