I miss him so much too man. Not even joking. No other artist inspired me like Jung Gi. His drawing sessions were literally therapeutic for me to watch. Its so sad he passed. But we got to witness the life of a living legend. Thankfully we witness greatness while he was with us
N. O.K. Gi has probably drawn hundreds of thousands of faces at this point. Compare that to the amount of faces you’ve drawn properly, probably a few only (:
I feel like at that level of demi-god-artistry you get bored of routine and just decide "maybe I'll start drawing the crotch first then work my way out"
I heard in a Proko interview with him..since the hat as more defined lines it helps set this perspective grid he materializes in his head that helps form the rest of the illustration. It’s unbelievable.
Is it these books online (America site) that include Master Gi's signature and sketch (shown in this video)? Or, is there somewhere else to get one of these signed/sketched copies?
