I have been informed that PA aghs still refreshes completely rather than 50% which is actually the base blur cdr , which makes things different. The hero is still decently good but not first pickable. I couldn't test it in the demo as the game was crashing every time. Good to know they didn't completely kill her as she didn't see any play time for quite a long time aside from 7.34. I'll play and test out the patch and get some interesting content coming your way! @@loristnorton3723 it still got 100% up time. 25sec blur duration and a 22sec cd with aghanim, and it still refresh on kill too. At 500 range dispel radius you can sneak and scout so efficiently that its honestly broken, and if you manage to get vampiric neutral item 300 bonus nigh vision means you can follow anyone anytime without being detected.
I think PA is in a worse spot than before the rework, the crit chance nerf is massive and you don't have a low cd dispel anymore coz you need to keep using it to keep re applying it.

For PA - The refresh is still there. They nerfed the Aghs blur cooldown from 10 sec flat to 22.5 secs at lvl 4 with a 30 sec. Duration (still 100% uptime). So she's not completely out. Not AS broken, but sti good. Since the W and R buff is what makes her super good. But you cant easily abuse kunkka and PA combo amymore.
Sven I think won't feel the nerfs much. The question with Sven is mostly can you stick to your target long enough to kill it. These nerfs don't really affect that.

Blur is still way too op.. 500 is not enough. She already got insane range on her blink it's so broken imo.

pa aghs still refreshes it just changed the cd on blur from 10 at all levels, to 50% of the current level.

the cooldown on pa still refreshes after kill but u don't have it at 10 sec cooldown with scepter instead its 23 sec cooldown.
