@@judoaj738 Back in OG Clash Royale you need to open hundreds of chests before you get a single legendary card. I didn't even get a legendary in my first year of playing. Seriously don't know how you guys are all complaining.
So, the current epic drop gives us some books and an evolution shard. But in the new drops, we'll need a champion drop to get the same stuff. Honestly, the new drops aren't as fun.
Epic also gives 9 legendary wild cards or 3 champion wild cards
Do you realize that you get more lucky drops this rework actually is better and does give you more than the old version

@@TheFlame9010 I did, and they nerfed them to the point where you're getting less than half the wild card that you would get regular cards. Even then I'd prefer the lower amount of wild cards than a 1 in a 100 chance to get the card I want to upgrade.

Royaleapi has an article showing the math, the changes are bad for maxing a single deck but are great for overall progression and make it easier to upgrade new decks

Yes and no. It's the same case as brawl stars devs changing boxes to star drops. On paper single box contained better rewards but it's still not better than several star drops

Ok hear me out. I think they're going with the brawl stars route where they changed boxes for star drops. Compared 1 to 1 a box was better but we're getting many star drops daily so it's a step up for progression. Same case here

A few hours ago, I got my FIRST ever Legendary drop and it gave me 5 Battle Ram evo shards (I already had 1/6 so idk if it was suppose to give 6/6) but yea I never knew they were good so I never played the game to get them unless I just come across one by chance, but now I know it gives a whole evolution, kinda makes me regret not grinding them daily earlier 😂

As a F2P player I think these are way better, yes it’s gonna give me more crap but also the boosted gold drops from epic and legendary drops help a ton. Also people act like we aren’t gonna be getting an insane amount of these per season, I already got great stuff this morning when I logged in

We still get those and even better ones from current drops. I got 12 wild champion cards , 2 common book, 1 epic book , 10+ legendary wild cards , random legendary cards and a lot of wild common and wild rare cards from current lucky drops this month. Overall they F'ed up the drops with new update.
