Love Icmeler,never got there last year due to ill health. Went in 2022 stayed at the Dilhan, they were having problems,no cleaners, the young lads and even the owner were cleaning,we were changing beds ourselves,evertone nicknamed it Fawlty Towers. The outside area was lovely everyone friendly,we had a lovely time,Ozzie the barman was great,would do anything for you.
Thanks for the comment Yvonne. You will see later in the series the room tour. We stayed with people who had been there during the rough times and I'm glad to say that we didn't experience much of that. Ozzie has gone to work at one of the bars in town. But the people who are there are really nice.
So excited to see you both in Turkiye our favourite place to go on holiday - you should really consider Dalyan for your next Turkish adventure, it’s an amazing place and we’re sure you’d both enjoy it. Keep up with the great content- much respect from us in Yorkshire 🎉❤🎉
Icmeler is quieter than Marmaris but still enough going on thankfully, unfortunately 2 star hotel would only provide basic food in most places, the trips would definitely not suit you because most are party boats and I brilliant time, but everyone to there own if you want quiet places with just sightseeing like a quiet place in greece 😊
@jimmyhough1962 agree with you Jimmy. The people who we spoke to were moving away from Marmaris to Icmeler. Some boats were offering a quieter trip saying that there were no loud music, no diving, etc. In the end, we went around in the day and left the nightlife to the youths. Hope you keep watching to see what we got up to 🙂

It’s only about a 30 minute transfer from Dalaman airport so it means you have a nice short transfer compared to when you guys went to Oludeniz and Marmaris 👍 if you have any questions feel free to ask and me or the better half will answer as best we can 😎 One other RUclips channel we can recommend is KT Travels- they regularly go to Dalyan and review outings/trips and recommend nice places to eat 😊
