Thank you for the info. As a side note fewer and fewer blacks reside in these beautiful African cities (in the case of Dar, the city is Indian by night). Governments must put in measures to ensure these cities reflect Africanness. For instance, in addressing this imbalance, the locals should retain ownership of the first or second floors of all upcoming buildings in Temeke, Kinondoni, Tandika etc, in addition to other payments they may receive for selling their plots. This policy will slow down the speed at which indigenous people are pushed to the periphery of cities, it is not being racist, just the right thing to do for the future of our countries.
U also know that apart from affording to live in such places most Tanzanians dont like living in such type of buildings rather their own houses separate from sharing
Waache tu watu wakae wanapo taka kukaa nasio kuwe policies ambazo in the bigger picha hazina tija yeyote, na hao sio wahindi they are Tanzanians but of Indian decent, the major requirements to beeing Tanzanian is to be born here, speak the language n have your Nida assume, if they have all these doesn't really matter what you call/label them in the eyes of the law they are Tanzanian. The more Pressing matter is making sure Cities are well Planned, commecial ares zibaki commecial na residential zibaki residential etc sio this mess we currently have where people just buy land and build anyhow unakuta mtu kajenga hana barabara etc its a mess. If Anything National Housing should make it more attractive for people to embrace their projects
Thanks for watching...the list keeps changing every time but those skyscrapers with more 157m which are 4 in Tanzania were or are always making it in top ten...
Informative content as always buddy! I heard Samia mentioning about the tallest structure in the whole of Afrika to be built in TZ, have you got any info/update on this?
