    Whoa! where do you get a pork shoulder like that? That would feed us for weeks! It looks amazing!

      I have to get these at the butcher shop. Had one you'll see on another vid coming soon that was 19lbs! The full picnic shoulder. Thanks for watching!

      Thanks for watching! The Mrs. had salads, cheesy potatoes and garlic bread. This came out really nice, had good flavor inside and out. We had to package and freeze some for another day.

      This was a good cook. I expected between 10-12 hours like in the Akorn cooker. But this time I didn't have keep watch on the temp range. I really like this Recteq grill. Thanks for wataching!

    I was excited about trying a smoker until you revealed that you woke up at 5am to start it... maybe I will leave it to the professionals

      Yes sir, good BBQ needs the time and love put in. If your cooking like most folks you wouldn't need a full day like I did. Smaller stuff will cook faster and be great! Thanks for watching!
