I worked on a mountain railroad and when there were snow slides we always worried about ROCKS.....It was beautiful to watch inside the cab...when plowing.....

Damn, these are cool. Also why don't some rail watchers have some sort of angled shield to protect against debris? Anyone can buy a plate of metal or two
Good idea yes I agree, some of the rail road filmers probably get knocked over from the amount of snow these trains kick up at high speeds. Definitely would hope there is no debris in it to as that could really injure someone. But common sense isn't always at work these days
@Freedomfighter2012-w1h yes I've been hit myself by a plow truck, not a train and it does hurt the train one I did in slow motion could have put those people in the hospital
@@artillerest43rdva7 I agree snow removal can be a dangerous thing, you can hit things buried in the snow or even crash off the road or tracks if you aren't careful.
@@hirosetoshihiro6892 I would think so yes as it's causing a safety hazard although most trains would just smoke right through it of it was just snow piled on the tracks... the bigger safety hazard is the flying blocks of snow hitting people or vehicles near the tracks
