This is very cool to see, one of my favorite parts of the game is the cultural diversity and references throughout its worldbuilding, so the exploration of that is really fun.
Do more of these, this is great. I'd love to see some Yu Jing stuff. Zuyong and the rest of the Invincibles would be a great start for them, there's a lot of history there.
@@WarLore Another potentially great piece would be CB's more recent inclusion of Uighurs into prominence with Adil Mehmet and Dashat (I'll put my thoughts about the sectorial itself aside for now...). It is a more politically-minded subject (and I get the idea that this focus on CB's part is in its own way a statement), but one with a lot of depth to explore.
@@WarLore Well, the main thing about Dashat being that their Zuyongs are likely Uighurs. In Yu Jing lore, Uighurs are often liasons between Yu Jing and Haq due to cultural overlaps. Considering Corvus Belli's more recent emphasis on carving a notable place for Uighurs in Infinity's setting, and the current genocide of Uighurs in modern day China become more and more visible on the global stage, this seems like more than a coincidence. There's not a whole lot of official documentation or meticulous outlaying of intent, but I get the feeling there is definitely an underlying stance in there. Infinity may not be an enormously relevant property, but even when they don't always get things right, it's pretty clear that CB has always tried to be inclusive. And saying 'this culture is something we want to portray as part of this setting' is pretty cool, and shines a tiny light, even if it may be insignificant in the greater scheme of things, into a serious issue.
Nice work man! I liked the bit at the end going through the old minis, felt like a bit of extra history :D An idea for you could be looking at the different weapon systems like combirifle, spitfire etc
Interesting video. It would be good to make it the starting point of a view on all the iconic LI of the factions (Alguaciles/ Moderators/ Securitate for Nomads, Fuciliers/Acontecimento Regulars for PanO, etc). There are of course many units in this game, but I think that the humble line soldiers of all the factions deserve their credit.
Solid Snake and the Panzerfaust gal won me my second game of Infinity and for most of N3 all my lists started with one Ghulam Doc and a Nasmat.
Would love to hear about the Khawarij next. Those jumpy bois are my fave
You had me at Ghulam
I love this faction so much!
Haqqislam wasn't my first, but they have my heart :)
A tour of factions would be a great starting playlist. The history of Nomads is great, but then there's the chaos of the origin of Dogfaces...
Wow this a great video I love! Hope to see more factions!

Love you're style and manner for lore videos. I've binged the play list a couple of times. More please, especially Morats and combined army ;)
I sort of did these videos backwards, but just finished your last Lore vid! Love it! Will subbing to your patreon too!😊
Boy it's so bad, I was so bad at writing and making these hahaha

@@matthewgaal2970 So you are here spreading hateful propaganda again?
Would you do a piece on my favorite model line the Aleph Yadu troops?
Loved the video. Can't wait to hear more indepth informations or other factions.
That was interesting, thanks!

What happened between N3 and N4 in lore? :)
Super good film. Pleasure to watch. What about Ariadna Line Kazaks ?
That's a good idea but sadly there's just less to say.
