I grew up as a kid from Winnipeg in the 90's and this song was constantly on the radio back then. I had forgotten it for the past 30 years until today. Absolutely fucking hilarious. The original music video is incredible, I can't watch it without cracking up.
It’s easy to mock. The Weird Al version did so well. It’s pretty damn unique and odd, though, which there was far more of in mainstream music at the time. Melodically it’s strong, too. Such things are subjective, though, I get it. Trash is a bit harsh is all.
“That’s about it”....the whole bit is dan sounding like him enough to have legal docs at least presented. What more could be brought to the table than this....vids or it didn’t happen
As a fan of crash test dummies and legion of skanks, I cant believe how long it took me to discover this. this is amazing in so many ways!
Dan was fucking killin it lmao
Thanks for posting. I became a fan late into the show, so I missed great bits like this
This track makes me think of Dumb & Dumber.
Had never heard this song either until they did the episode, hilarious still
This is so damn funny
I just found this last week and I’ve been laughing about it everyday
Found another! You can find them in your likes…anybody got the Pet Cemetery clip? My favorite

I've lived in Winnipeg my whole life and somehow my first time hearing this song was on the bonfire😂
I’ve watched this at least half a dozen times since I found this video and damn does Dan nail it so well it’s hilarious
Its 2023 and this still rules 😂
The Crack is back!!!
Brad Roberts always sounded to me like he was making fun of someone who sings like that.
I think you're right. Especially considering that he makes absolutely ridiculous faces while singing like that...and then gives a sly grin.
Great shit ever. Soda is a legend
Seriously tho, what a trash song
