Oh my god we have a possible doppleganger incident in school. Some of my classmates have been seeing our other classmate on monday last week (of me typing this) and the problem is, he was absent.
I saw my classmate's doppelgänger on my new school
I have a doppelgänger story.
When I was little I went out to dinner with my family, which consisted of me, my parents and two little brothers. We were joined by by the family of my mother's best friend from grad school which consisted of her, her husband and two kids.
All of us were very close but I was closest to their daughter. I'll call her Dani.
Dani and I were thick as thieves for pretty much all our lives even to this day.
However we didn't go to the same school. So to make up for lost time we'd hang out after school when we didn't have too much homework, sleep over at each other's houses at least once a month as well as come to each other's birthday parties. But still we didn't get to hang as much as we'd like to, so I was very happy to see her that night.
When we got there however despite our reservation the hostess told us that there were no tables available large enough to accommodate all 9 of us so we had to wait.
Luckily the restaurant was connected to a large mall so We walked out into the mall doing some window shopping while we waited for the buzzer to go off.
Being little kids however, Dani and I stupidly separated ourselves from the adults, and began to race.
Dani being a lot more sporty than I, was much faster and easily beat me. She ran in the direction of the bathroom and I saw her go in seeing the door close behind her. Once I caught up about 30 seconds later, I entered the bathroom and said "okay Dani you win you can come out now."
No response.
I called out to her again, but still nothing.
I look around the bathroom trying to see if she's hiding but Dani simply isn't there.
I exit the bathroom and call out to Dani again, screaming her name, but she's nowhere to be found. She just vanished For a about two minutes I stand there crying In utter panic.
Soon enough my family and and Dani's family have caught up to me.
My parents ask
"Honey what happened? Why are you crying? What's wrong?"
I tell them that I was racing Dani, but after she ran into the bathroom she disappeared and now I couldn't find her.
I expect Dani's parents to immediately call mall security, but instead they tell me that Dani was right there and had been with them the entire time.
At first I don't believe them but I take a look at the group of kids standing behind the adults and there she was, holding her little brother's hand. However she was wearing a different shirt, and had no memory of racing me.
I was pretty weirded out for the rest of the night.
Maybe it's just a false memory I was fairly young when it happened around 5 or 6, but still if it was real who was the girl I was racing?
Cookie Queen I know. I like to think it's a false memory. I mean I was only a kindergartener so my brain was definitely not what it is today. But it's so strong.

also when witnesses swore they saw me somewhere else it's because i was there both i am very sneaky people would see me across the school wave i didnt interact mostly because i was socially awkward because i have autism and they wold turn around for a sec or so and just hear me say "hi!" behind them and i was there or just turn around eventually and see me and scream sometimes i still do it and people swear they here me go hi and turn around and im not there.. i pretty much scared people for life.. i was also very good at escaping stuff like dog piles, dad's tackling me like a bunch of adult relatives grabbed me to see how good i was at escaping, blinked, and i was out i was pretty much harry hoodini and i dug escape tunnels under fences in year 4-6.

So, moral of the story is, if someone says they saw someone who looks exactly like you and tries to show you, STAY THE HELL WHERE YOU ARE.

I have a small scary story! Its a true story too.
So,I was about 9 when this happened. My mom told me she had to go to store and buy groceries for dinner,and she was letting me stay home. Once she left,I turned on my PS3,and waited for one of my games to load as I sat on my bed. Several seconds later,at the corner of my eye,I saw something moving. Now,like any other normal person,I thought I was imagining things,and when I turned to look at it,it would be gone. But that just wasn't the case. I turned,and saw a human like shadow on the floor,and it stayed there for about 5 seconds before I assumed it noticed me looking at it,and it slowly went out of my sight. By now,I was paralyzed by fear. A few minutes later I got up and ran for the door,and to my neighbors house. My aunt lived there,so I bursted in and cried,of course getting comfort and such. A week had pasted since that event,and either nobody believed me or they thought it was my grandma. I had to go to school,and when I got back,my mom told me what happened while I was gone. She was dusting the house,and nobody was home with her. A vase got thrown at her,it missed,but it was a close one. The rest of the day doors slammed open and shut,pots and pans made noise,and pictures got knocked over. Eventually we called a priest, and the problem was gone.
I still have holy water from when I was 9,lmao.

My mom once saw one of her friends casually walking away.
Only to discover later that she was elsewhere at that moment wearing a completely different dress.
And yes, it was a beautiful sunny day and my mom was wide awake when this happened.
I never saw a doppelgänger, but my mom did.
I always walked home from school, and it usually takes about 30 minutes. My mom always waited for me, which, thinking back, was pretty nice of her. One day, I think in June, apparently I showed up in 15 minutes. My mom was surprised that I was so early, and even more surprised that I just walked into the kitchen without speaking. My mom was really pissed and planned a lecture for me when the door opened and I came in. My mom freaked out and said “how did you get over there? You were just in the kitchen!” I was weirded out and told her I just got back from school. She went into the kitchen just as “I” disappeared into thin air. We’re pretty sure it was a doppelgänger

I only heard about my doppleganger once in my entire life
When i was 10, i skipped a day at school, i was asleep for the whole morning. I remembered it was tuesday, when i woke up, i thought to my self that hopefully my parents didn’t notice that i skept school. After that, my sister walk in and yell at me for sleeping in the whole evening ever since i got back from school. I was confused, but i didn’t think much when i was young so i thought that she must be talking about yesterday or sth. The next day, i went to school and ask my friend did the teacher gave us any homework yesterday. They said that we all turn the homework in yesterday and how did i forget. I said that i didn’t go to school yesterday. They shook and thought i was joking. I was a kid so i always believe in ghost, so we talked about it and till this day, it still gives me the chills that when they said that they saw me in the class, the other “me” walked into the class like a robot, they talk but it didn’t response, it sat in my seat an just stay there until the end of the day and then came back to my home without even saying anything all day, my mom also said that when she asked, it didn’t response and that she saw it going into my room and lyed down right next to me and then disappeared. The room i was sleeping in didn’t had the lights on so my mom thought it was just an illusion, it cleary wasn’t.

This happened to me a month ago. But it was my spouse who saw me, standing outside on top of the water shed. He said I was waving for him to follow, then "I" turned around and walked away into the woods. He was confused and scared, and went to the bedroom and saw me laying in bed. He still gets terrified if I mention anything about what he saw.

yes, I have I saw one of my mom on the day of Sunday, March 17,2019 I was at international day for girl scouts we were all having our parents come and pick us up. When I saw my mom and I wasn't the only one who saw her my friends mom that new my mom that was volunteering said: "Hey Taylor is that your mom." I said oh yeah it is and I walked off to the exit of the cafeteria but My mom was gone I looked around nothing but them I saw my dad in his yellow coat that he wore to work. I said, "Daddy where did mommy go." My dad's reply was Mummys not here. "But I just saw her," I said confused "Nope mummys not here." My dad said. so with that my dad and I hand in hand walked to the entrance of the school. I looked up at my dad since he is a fairly tall guy and said "Da Da I think I just saw mummys dopple ganger. My dad is a person that believes in the supernatural and so do I. So with that we went home. When we got home I told my mom what I saw and she said: "No I wasn't there." I then said, " But I saw you with your purse and your purple coat." My mom looked at me confused and said I haven't even worn my purple coat at all today To this day I still don't know who I saw that day but I hope I never see them again. Hello, just chiming in because the video gave me chills. I have a doppelganger who I seen some years ago, and thought it could have been a twin because I was adopted. However, my doppelganger has been up to no good She has followed me and done some things that I'm not at Liberty to talk about. My friends say they saw me in the living room at a sleep over when I haven’t arrived yet to their house and was confused when I told them I wasn’t at their house yet.
The last story happened to me. I was at my aunt's house, and it was almost time to go home. My sister was still playing with my cousin, but they passed in front of me laughing, and in front of my eyes they went into the closet and closed the door looking at me and laughing, as if they wanted me to be an accomplice in the game of hiding of them. I laughed a little, trying to understand from who were they hiding, but it had been about ten minutes, and I started knocking on the door. No answer. After a few minutes I opened the door and you already know what happened... My sister and my cousin were out at the street, near the car, and I was alone in the house. I do not know if it was doppelganger, but it was scary.

When I was a kid I think around 8, me and my grandmother bumped into this lady at a market and she was stunned by me because she told me that I looked EXACTLY like her granddaughter. She then got out a tiny photo album from her bag to show me pictures of her and honestly, me and my gran were shocked because the girl literally resembled me in every way. One day, when i was eleven, I was in the kitchen, my mom was helping me getting ready for picture day. Suddenly, in front of me, I saw my doppelganger, sitting on a chair with both of her hands on her lap, she wasn't wearing the same outfit as me, she was wearing a beautiful black dress and her hair was styled differently. What really caught my attention is her expressions and her skin. She seemed depressed, disappointed and sad and her skin was like porcelain, no acne, no pink cheeks, really pale skin, I mean I have a very pale skin but hers was almost flawless if it wasn't for the lack of color on her cheeks. At first she was mimicking me but then she stopped, she kept looking at me with an inexpressive face & sometimes was smiling or was about to cry, and then at one moment, she looked at my mom and genuinely smiled while shedding a tear and looked right back at me and was trying to tell me something but I couldn't hear her, she looked desperate and then I noticed a heart plush in her right hand and the other was trying to grab something under the chair, it was a sign, I couldn't see well at first because of the sunlight across the room and then I saw at the bottom of the sign:" February 2011", I looked at my mom, I wanted to tell her what was going on but I couldn't, i looked back at my doppelganger and I could see the whole sign, I didn't saw a name...But I saw my birthday at the top of the sign..I said:"Mom, look in front of you..." My mom stopped focusing on my hair and saw her and four seconds later, she vanished...Almost 5 or 6 months later, during gym class, I had a cardiac arrest, after that near death experience, my aunt gave me a really similar plush, my cardiac arrest was the day of 23rd February 2011...

I saw once my aunt driving towards me when I was biking with my friends. About one or two minutes later, I saw her driving from the same direction towards me, again. (The car had the same license number btw)
I've actually had this happen to me in elementary school. This was in 3rd or 4th grade, and for a day, I was sick. When I got back to school, some of my classmates came up to me and asked me what was wrong with me. I asked, "What do you mean?" and they said that the day before, I was acting really strange. I wasn't talking, and I seemed to ve staring off into space a bit, but when recess came up, I went and sat on a swing, my head down as if I was looking at my hands. I told them, "Guys, I was home yesterday. I was sick. Are you sure it was me?" They said yes, the peraon looked juat like me. For years, I thought it was my childhood best friend who they saw. She was a grade ahead of me, but we were the same age. We didn't look too much alike, but we had a few similarities. After hearing this, though, I'm starting to think I had a doppelganger...

My and my family went to Paris and were just leaving a restaurant when we saw a young woman sitting talking to the person opposite her. She almost exactly like my younger sister except older. Once we left, we couldn't help laughing about how uncannily alike my sister and that woman looked. Maybe not quite a doppelganger, but it was really strange seeing my sister's older French twin!😅
My manager and two coworkers all swear they saw me at work for a few minutes, on a day I was scheduled off. I know exactly where I was that day. They all saw my doppelganger, but I know I wasn't far from that location, at the same time they claim to have seen me

I’ve been mistaken by one of my friends multiple times, but we are definitely not identical enough for someone to mistake us if we’re in the same room. I have blue eyes, she has brown. She has freckles, I don’t. Still, at school we dress up the same on twin day, and always wore sunglasses to see who would mistake us.
