    Have someone lift your legs at same time. I was having a SVT episode for 2 hours this morning. Up to 220bpm. I tried everything today and nothing. Then had wife lift legs and it finally stopped. This is such a terrible feeling. However do your best to stay calm otherwise your anxiety will add to it.

    Have you heard of the movement of leaning the patient back on their back from a sitting position while also lifting their legs to drop their heart rate. I forgot the name and I am not sure if I described it correctly.

    The modified valsalva maneuver is a better option, it also includes blowing on the syringe. 👍💪

    For 110 beat per minute can do that ?

      110 is barely tachy. SVT is in the 150s to 180s maybe even higher

      Svt is usually from 140-180 but can go up to about 250
