    Taro contains calcium oxalate or oxalic acid which causes
    " kati " if homecooks don"t simmer the dish FOR A LONG TIME . At least 2 hours sa clay pot para hindi dumikit sa bottom , check from time to time and add more gata to prevent the dish from drying up. The MYTH of stirring as cause of " kati " is based in ignorance and lack of education. Cooking involves science and chemistry. Educate yourselves, please, mga kabayan.

      @@setmeals totoo yan kng orig kang uragon dimo ipagppalit un tunay na gawa ng tunay na bikolano.di tyo nag lalagay ng asukal sa pangat or tilmok or tinuktok .wala din daing.at ung gatang gingmit ng bikol un galing sa nyog at di galing sa latang may chemical.👍
