Coaches salaries have and still are contingent on wins…PERIOD!!!!🤠🤘🏼

It's a free market. If boosters and alumni are willing to pay the salary and the buyout then they'll keep going up.

I think we see larger but shorter contracts with much less guaranteed. So top coaches getting 15 per year on a 4 year with 2 locked in. I think the days of the Jimbo/Riley contacts are done.
