Looks like it could slide into the ravine with the next rain storm.
There are 54 caissons (cement pilings) under the home and 11 under the pool....the house isn't going anywhere!
The house may not go anywhere, but that doesn't mean land underneath it won't go anywhere during a land slide, LOL!!!

Why so many jump cuts and b roll? The video would flow so much better if you thoroughly walk thru the space, that we get the flow/layout of the space. I have no idea where the powder room is located in relation to the floor plan etc.

Better not to be in California state, go for Texas or Florida way better cost of living.
