Yes Fragile is a beautiful album. The artist that did the cover art did more work in his time often focusing on fantasy scenes. My late father loved the artist and also loved Yes. I have inherited this same album just not in such good condition. How heart warming! My husband and I walked the aisle when we were married while they played Mood for a Day. ❤
Rasa is one of my all time favorites! I didn't know they released anything on vinyl, although I guess it shouldn't surprise me. The battlefield scene on the cover is from the Mahabharata, where Krishna stops time to converse with Arjuna
Quite a collection of progressive rock albums with Emerson Lake & Palmer and Yes. The latter is one of my favorite groups! Fragile by Yes was released just before I was born. “Roundabout” is their best know song from that album… and one of their all-time signature songs. “Owner of a Lonely Heart” is Yes’ most well-known song. It was on the 90125 album released in 1983. I have “The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway” by Genesis; it was the last with Peter Gabriel as the lead singer. “Nursery Cryme” was the first with Phil Collins in the group.
I remember Owner of a Lonely Heart from the radio when I was a kid, but in general I didn't know too many of these albums 😅 Sadly the pop/rock radio in Austria refused to play anything older than 15 years and we only had 3 stations, so there weren't any options either haha.
Ahhhh Jesus Christ Superstar!! One of my absolute favourites ❤️ And the band IS called Yes 😆 Good group. Lovely selection of vinyls and sooooo relaxing xxxx
Yesss Jesus Christ Superstar is just perfect from start to finish! So I don't think I'd heard Yes before, but I checked them out and they're exactly what I imagine the 70s to sound like haha. Thank you! 💙💙
your voice is just perfect! normally i prefer whispering in asmr, but your soft spoken voice relaxes me like no other! so glad to have found your channel. all the love ! 💖
Ah that's so sweet of you! 💖 For me it's usually the other way round, I prefer soft spoken, but every once in a while there's some whispering that just knocks me out in the best way possible haha. Thank you so much for your kind comment!
Very relaxing video, as always! It's so interesting to look at these old things, like a little window into the life of a prior generation. It makes me wonder what future people will think, looking back at our time.
I had that Rolling Stones album when it came out, back in high school. Hope you find the Roxy Music one. Great album. Love the wiping with the towel. Deep tingles.
I've been listening to the Roxy Music album online and I love it! I hope the vinyl is somewhere - there's another small pile without sleeves, so my guess is that it's stuck in there. Thank you, love to hear that the triggers were effective 😇
And then there's me, who relaxes and flexes the fact that I know who Otto Waalkes is, even though I'm Italian (but I mainly listen to German-speaking music, and even the radios of those places)
This was fun. I kept wondering what the next album would be. It’s fascinating that they don’t play 60s music in Vienna. In the US we have oldies stations that play music from the 50s and later.

Yes, absolutely, there's such a lovely sentiment of nostalgia. And I love to see your comments turn up in my notifications, thank you!
I am really enjoying your channel, especially the slowness in your videos. Slow, soft spoken videos trigger me. 💜
Oh that's great to hear. Thanks for letting me know 💜

Yeah by now there are plenty of radio stations, but when I was a kid we only had 3 lol, and only one of them played pop/rock. It was a strange time.
Havent really been active, but this slaps.
😂 my pleasure!
Emerson Lake and Palmer is literally Bee Gees. You're not fooling anybody.
Idk, I think this potent and unbridled 70s Bee Gees energy just infected everyone at the time.
