It may look pretty similar to off white or gosha but at least he´s not as cocky as many other designers.

as an artist heron preston in this interview wasn't anything to take notes of. The true artists of this generation are people like Yohji Yamamoto or Rei, He just makes sick ass designs and i'll still love heron obviously lol

People are going to hate me for saying this but I can't help but think his designs are like a spinoff of Virgil's Off White. Sorry..
What makes you say that?
because he's kinda riding Virgil's wave. They're friends so Virgil introduced Heron to his connections (Kanye and other fashion insiders), then he agreed to make a collab with him. Not to mention that they have the same accessories (industrial belts, purses with words typed in helvetica on them) & make the same style of clothes (even their prices are identical), plus Heron Preston is a DJ like Virgil & they hang out with the same dudes (luka, tremaine emory, ian,...). In other words, Virgil gave Heron some clout.
No hatin tho, I love off-white, so I like heron preston too.
well technically they came from the same camp and have collab on items, so the similarities are arguable
They're also under the same umbrella company ... that uses the same factories & fabric sources.

I don't hate him. but that orange label, and his website.........looks too much like off-white. he's talented and yes Virgil is his boy and of course, Virgil has helped him a bit, but my man......change the website a bit. that orange label on the outside of certain garments gotta change as well. but kudos to heron for doing what most of us wish we were doing.
