How could there possibly be no film of their first 5 fights, so many people definitely dropped the ball on that one !! And all us boxing fans missed out on some great history on film ….

5:44, Robinson never 'moved' or lived in the Bronx; his mother in 1932 moved with her three children to 419 West Fifty-third Street in the Hell's Kitchen section of Manhattan; the family subsequently moved to Manhattan Avenue and 119th Street in Harlem. where Ray met George Gainford at the Salem-Crescent Athletic Club. 7:16, and the AAU forbid fighters under that age of SIXteen, not eighteen.
