    Good job that went up easy you probably have 250lbs paused now I bet great work. I bet you can rep 2 plates pretty good now also. Keep up the good work and my strength is returning got 260lbs the other day and repped 2 plates. Last Monday I could barely do 225lbs for one rep. It’s crazy how much strength that surgery took from me but now the muscles memory is kicking in which is good. Anyways keep up the good work RB you’re making some good gains.

    Creeping right up on that 275 lbs mark. I remember 225 was your max several months back. Great stuff.

      @@Runner-Boy Yeah all the 300-400 lb bench only lards and the leg skippers will always troll. Im only posting PR’s going forward to track my bests on variations. Im working on low incline bench rn. Wont post until I do something decent
