Keep up the good work and my strength is returning got 260lbs the other day and repped 2 plates. Last Monday I could barely do 225lbs for one rep. It’s crazy how much strength that surgery took from me but now the muscles memory is kicking in which is good. Anyways keep up the good work RB you’re making some good gains.
