Theres a bug in survivors bane where you dont get any of the lego gear it says youll get. Theres nowhere to claim the gear, exp and gold that supposedly get put into a claimable chest. I and many of my clan members have never recieved any of it. Those endless runs that net 25-32 Legos? Yeah that never happened.
You can add : Black screen Unable to use certain skills after class change / armory change build Crazy latency Loading super long to enter dungeons, raids etc Random interface glitch / freeze Disconnections And im sure i have forgot some more
Thank you for highlighting the many unbearable continues problems in the game. I rather see Diablo devs fix the problems first than coming out with the new contents. Also the paragon tree to me is much worse than the old one.
FACE REVEALLLLL but also waifu game huh 😏 yea, i think everyone just wants the game to be fixed and some compensation for sticking around while they fix it... it's such a jarring game experience with how things are at the moment.
Dude, the compensation will prob be 20 scrap and 2 beguiling dust if they do anything at all. They dont care. Theyre expecting new players by the millions. And million$$$$ from them. They dont care who quits or plays as long as they have money coming in the long run. Blizz has always cared more about thier bottom line than the players, beginning with W.O.W. more than a decade ago. The fact that the guy is giving the runarounds to people demading legit compensation speaks volumes. They expect us to simp for them and take it in the re@r because of all the time and $$$ we've put into the game, and if they lose some players, thats okay because someone else will spend the $$$ instead of any of us.
Just yesterday 4 of our BG group was kicked from the match. We lost in about 45-60 seconds. Lag is still ongoing. The Diablo Immortal leadership and tech team should be fired. The game is FAR worse than it’s even been and gets worse. Compensation or not they need to fix the fuqing game!!!
You summed it up, he only appears when something big to announce or the servers are totally screwed. It's sad that DI has no active visible community Blizzard resource.
What type of compensation do you think would suffice? I think the team at DI could benefit from the community providing solutions as well as highlighting the bugs. They are so far removed from what the community of players actually wants that we should start telling them what we want. The complaints are typically all the same across the board.
not to mention the terror rift notification lag still there, like every 30mins game lagged like 1-2seconds.. as for the compensation, I can only expect like 1or2 legendary chrests n some normal gems 😅 its blizzard 😂
I played in Hand Of Justice server clusters too and last week I didnt get my 5 gem power from weekly events (seals of triumph); due to in part because it didn't count my seals of triumph from either Shady Stock or one of those weekly events. I know a lot of people who didnt get them either, will we be compensated for that???

Crashes, at least more common in pc, but out of nowhere, game freezes then closes, annoying for example if you're doing Vault.
PSO2:NGS gives compensation a lot, even if it was a tiny issue or maintenance was too long.
We lost our blessed rein( 1 hit bug) and they just give us coulple of stuff. It is outrageous how they treat their community!!
What discussions are they having, we all know we are getting a single legendary crest and like 40 scrap materials as compensation.
