I’m so excited about these convention videos! There’s not very many people that talk about this subject. I’ve done a couple of conventions so far and have 5 lined up for this year. I’m looking into really streamlining my setup and love all of your tips. Keep it up! Maybe we’ll meet at a con some day. :)
Great video! I’m definitely going to check out more of your videos! I’ve attended my first convention as a seller last year in 2021, and I started pretty stressed, but it got better after the first day. I’m trying to learn new strategies online along with the new knowledge I’ve gotten from my first experience, so I’m better prepared for the two conventions I’m attending as a seller this year! Thanks for your videos!
my question is how do I sign up for a booth tried looking it up and everything is just like booth tips things like that. nothing on details on how to get a booth at a convention.
Start with checking out your local cons or related events. You won't find much info on “how to sign up” since there are so many events and it really depends on the event. Most event websites will have info on how to sign up or you can email the organizer. Take what you find from searching out shows and make a spreadsheet of when signups for that show open so you don't miss them. It's a lot to track and keep up with and difficult to summarize here but i hope this helps!
I’ve done 1 convention and they didn’t require a license. As far as I know, nobody requires a license, but keep track of your sales for when tax season comes up.
Yes! My first convention is Saturday thanks to your inspirational videos and website! I really appreciate all of your tips. Have a blessed day!
@@naomivandoren it did! I was so happy! You are probably 20 years younger than myself, but you are one of my mentors! Thank you!
I hope so too. :)

someone tell me how i get a spot at a convention pls
Did you set up a separate bank account for your art sales?
How many art pieces did you have at your first time? I want to do conventions, but not sure how many different pieces are needed to be ready.
I’ve only done 1 convention so far, but I read online that most people can expect to sell to 1-2% of the total attendees.
@@samconcklin This is perfect, thanks
do we need a license?
