Something i missed adding to the video. Change your tampon after every 4-5 hours. And when your tampon is full after a few hours you will feel uncomfortable. Don't wait for your tampon to give an indication to change!

Just adding here for everyone that in case you don't get to know that your tampon is full because you're a beginner or for whatever reason then check the thread of the tampon. It'll slowly turn red from your blood before staining your underwear. Change the tampon if the thread is stained.

Panic attack is never embarrassing. I have never used a tampon and cannot comment on that but I tend to get panic attacks before any injection. It is a tremendous fear for me while I know that a lot of people don't feel like that. I have fainted thrice in the fear of injection. What I believe is something that is absolutely normal can actually be extremely frightening for any other person. Don't be ashamed, speak out loud and you will get solutions as well❤️
I am also the same type😅😅 I may show confidence earlier but after looking at the injection my body automatically starts to react

I'm typing it while pausing your video , and yes I can feel your anxiety , and what you went through at that time , I had a similar panic attack incident where it was a syringe instead of a tampon , in my story , I was supposed to have a blood test , And the moment they took my blood out of my arm , I just felt relaxed for like 3-4 secs ( " ho gaya , I'm done ") but then suddenly I fainted in cold sweat and my whole body started malfunctioning after that , oh my goddd that feeling cannot be counted in terms of fear , panick or anxiety because it is something beyond these things and literally it is a serious concern for many people like himadri and me .
Idk how to convey it but , it really is a drastic experience that could happen to people in many ways according to their fears .

Menstrual cup is also a good option for those girls who don't have time to change there pads in every 4 hours its not that easy for everyone but as a medical student i recommend using a menstrual cup as it holds your blood for more than 6 hours of I have medium flow and 4 hours if medium flow it is a hygienic and safe for use i recommend give it a try because a cup last for 10 years
I also use cups and it is truly life changing. There is no waste and the cup lasts for years. So you save a tone of money as well. There definitely is a learning curve but once you get a hang of it you won’t go back to pads. I do keep pads and panty liners for emergencies but its been 4 years and I have never used anything else than cup.
Instead of Tempon, Menstrual Cup can also be use. it is life saver in any situation 🙂

First time I used menstrual cup it was hella scary. My story is kinda similar to you it was painful for me the first time too. But once I got the hold of it, it kept getting easier
I have used tampons, pads, and menstrual cup. So my experience with tampons wasn't that good. I always felt it while walking like there is something in there and the string got wet everytime i pee. But since I started using menstrual cup, it's like a heaven for me. No wastage, easy to insert, hygienic, at times i forget that i am on my periods. At first it was difficult but it's been 2 years using a cup and m super happy.. u should also try .. i guess Everyone should try onces❤️

I am too scared of using a tampon or a menstrual cup because of a few reasons-
1. I'm not sure where exactly these things are inserted into.
2. The pain! Inserting still seems fairly easy but taking these things out, god it scares the sh*t out of me.
3. Putting my fingers inside to adjust or insert the whole contraption feels gross to me. I too have nails and having that blood all over the nails, inside out, plus the chances of scratching myself. 😬

Hi Lavanya.
1. I know it'll sound extremely weird but take a mirror and check your body out. You'll know where to insert the tampon.
2. Putting in or taking out a tampon shouldn't be painful. It'll definitely be uncomfortable first few tries but you'll get the hang of it soon.
3. I have super sharp nails so I started with tampons that come with an applicator and slowly switched to non applicator ones. As you get used to it, you won't feel grossed out.
Remember it's all a learning curve. Maybe you'll like it, maybe you won't. But won't know till you try.

Honestly speaking most people find it scary inserting something inside ur body for the first time, it's not abnormal. Honestly I'm the sort of person who likes to experiment a lot and since I did not like pads cuz of rashes and all I did try tampons initially and it was just scary, luckily I wasn't put into a situation where I had no other choice. Eventually becuz I wasn't able to relax I gave up for that time. See when ur doing something new with ur own body u need to take your time, I went thru other YT vids to see how it's properly done and understood I need to just relax that's all, ofc it's easier said than done but over time u'd get over it eventually it's nothing to be ashamed of or anything. We just need to normalise it.

I had been searching for tampon users with similar experience as it had been difficult for me as well, and it seemed noone had such issues where the muscles would just not allow. But thanks for sharing. Agreed first timers should start with applicator and a position in where you feel relaxed (try lying on bed while putting tampon as this is most natural relaxing position)

ive been using a tampon since yrs nw and i totally agree if youre a beginner u will def feel something while inserting but it is honesty the best once u start using it. feels so light and i can do several activities which otherwise is restricted during periods.
But menstrual cup is the best option literally it's too much comfortable and really really convinient to use.

Using menstrual cup was a great idea for me,I have been using it for 4 years,
It was quite difficult for first 2-3 months(you can use coconut oil in the beginning so that it can be inserted easily) but the struggle was worth😍😍
2:46 I have this same issue my menstruation definatly stops on its 3½ day when I realise it has stopped after double checking it I take off the sanitary pad to stop feeling uncomfortable but just few of hours after I've taken it off the bleeding starts again and it's not like this pattern repeats every month on some months it's completely stops after its trun of 3½ days and in some months after stoping it restarts again, its just hard to keep track of the patterns

Using tampon could also lead to toxic shock syndrom isliye tampon use krne se phle apne app kud se bhi ache se research krni chaheyi , ar ye nahi sochna chaheye that your friend is using tampon or cup to tum kyu nhi use kr rhe . Still pads and cotton pads are the safest option. Its just my opinion.

It happens with many girls.. Most of my friends are afraid of using a tampon or a menstrual cup. I can never think of using it. 🙄
Hi himadri I was against pads and also tampons earlier coz m very itchy to Pads like it's an allergy so I always used Cotton Cloths which are made for periods specifically and I never stained ever.. with Tampons I saw a very bad instance with my friends sister where she got infected using a Tampon and died 😢.. however I was very nervous later when got to know about Mestrual cups I was anxious to even get married coz it follows intercorse.. but after I got married I understood that the process with penis and menstrual cups are same all you need to do is get relaxed and comfortable wherever you are be it a public toilet too all you need to do is to breath constantly even tho you are hell scared about inserting anything inside you. Breathing techniques makes the entire process so much easier that you don't do anything else to insert that tampon or menstrual cup or even a penis. Breathing makes our muscle losen up and the more they are relaxed the better you can take anything inside.

I don't have that fear ki tampon andar kahin ghum hojayega..but like what if wwo bohot andar chala gya ya esa kuch..idk darr to lgta he...also I have the same fear with menstrual cup...ki wo bohot andar chla gya to kyunki wo chota sa he...I haven't used it yet so I don't know the exact thing..also I think tampons are more safer than menstrual cup..coz uska thread he nikal ne ke liye easily...

Iam here bcz my mom said me today to start using tampon or menstrual cup and iam really panic to use it but finally when i try insert a tempon it's really horrible and paiful then i just remove it then i came here and i got an idea of making an angle like that but it's still painfully to insert and genuinely iam happy with my pads 🙌

1. I am using tampon from past 4 yrs now and its the most comfortable replacement of pads!
2. For every type of leakage there is a tampon size (day 1: heavy leakage so extra big, day 5: low to no leakage so extra small size and so on..) so use as per the leakage.
3. Tampons do not give you rashes or period odour as sanitar napkins.
4. In summers, you do not even feel that you have inserted something for periods.
5. You can swim or bath in your periods with tampons!
6. I can never go back to pads ever.
Ps: people with no idea about tampons, pls give it a try. Initially it may seem like a heck of a job, you may get several thoughts about it falling while walking or breaking the hymen or even being uncomfortable.
But trust me, its not!

Just a question how to pee while using a tampon isn't the string gonna be soaked with pee
@@Yashika835 Hey, honestly it usually happens but there is a trick to avoid such situation.
So the hack is to always fix the thread between your thigh gap so that while you pee, it does not gets in contact with the pee and does not get wet. After you are done peeing, just slide the thread in the panty line so it does not soak the pee.
I usually do this, but yes it does get wet at times!
