    Doing these drills last summer at 10P Decatur, y’all put the reps in my head and now I am catching omaplatas when old men aren’t supposed to. Good times!

    I create videos as well. Serious question. Do you know what causes the static at about 4:20 ? It doesn't seem like a 'oops I rubbed the mic' situation but I can't quite tell.

      I think it was a short in the mic. We ended up having to replace that one

      Omoplata is most often a sweep in no gi. You’ll finish it sometimes

      This transitions to the truck which has several finishes
