Spencer, do you have any tips or advice for using wheat paste? I'd like to put up a paper whose manufacturer specifies "wheat or cellulose" adhesive, over a liner. It's a newly prepped wall so I'd rather do something less complicated like use Roman 880. Is wheat paste prone to fungal problems or any other gotchas? I graduated from the Spenser Colgan school of wallpaper 2 years ago and so far, so good!
Spencer, I think the first sheet is half of the problem. Same situation as the second sheet. They are both under tension. Try pasting the paper instead of the wall. Fewer problems.
Totally agree, also looks like your hanging on artex, your stretching that paper hard, what did you do above the door frame … your gona burnish the finish of the paper aswell stretching rubbing
It is a delight to observe a genuine professional who takes such pride in their work. Warm greetings from the United Kingdom.
Beautiful compliment! I’m humbled
