If you had installed the first strip far enough to the right to wrap inside the widow return you could have saved your self a lot of work.

That's not right never overlap should be spliced together how you would do a wide vinyl muraspec type paper this is not the way

You mean like a mitre join, overlap, cut thru the middle, remove top and bottom overlaps to leave a butt join?

This is a vinyl that you butt joint, around window reveals option to overlap or splice the small cuts, all depends on the decorator 👍

Caulk is an excellent adhesive for vinyl wallpaper also great for overlaps on corners 👍

Overall not bad your method for papering the window is wrong the overlap section will be visible and is not necessary,once you see how it's done right you'll be fine.

Why not splice it. If it was thick vinyl your method wouldn't work. Interesting seeing the caulk in use though 👍
