When we discussed about this temple, This temple was built around 4000 years ago. For sometime before 2005, it seems temple was not in
good shape. Sundareswaram people came forward and repaired the temple. It is developed and looks good.
Nearby railway station is kadayanallur railway station. Nearby bus stop also at Kadayanallur.
From Kadayanallur it will take around 10 kilometers to kumanthapuram and take left turn before kumanthapuram and reach the temple after travelling 3 KM from mainroad.
This temple is surrounded by nature. and it is really great experience to visit this temple. Map location is below.
