Wow, just looking at your neighbors garden, what a contrast, theirs is barren, yours is lush. You have a great system here. Love how easy you make it look ❤
Amazing job with this video, liked, commented and subscribed!! South Florida resident…5 months till retirement..ready to go full throttle on my new hobby.
The more I automated my garden the less attention I paid to it. If automation works for you then 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. As for me I walk down the street and collect buckets of ditch water to water my garden plant by plant and the extra work has me pulling more weeds and seeing where I need more mulch.
Such a bountiful garden. Great tips on how you improved production and automated things. I love greenstock and am excited to see the watering feature now!
Thank you for sharing your garden with us! So beautiful as well as productive. I did reach the conclusion that watering (and removing excess after a deluge) is the greatest use of time and effort in my garden, so irrigation will be my next project.
looks great! for me the ability to string the watering systems across a complex but otherwise aesthetically appealing footprint has been my biggest hurdle - and the fl sun.. (sunshades helping!) thanks for all you do!
@@TheUrbanHarvest I hope you get to travel more, and take us along! Not selfish or anything, but you have such an eye for interesting features in the gardens you visit.
Wonderful Inspiration! Thank you! I'm working on my PDC now & we live in Central Florida . Your channel has been super inspiring & informative to me as I navigate this landscape😉😎❤️♾️❤️
Very impressive, thanks for sharing this. Do your neighbors spray their yards? How do they feel about your abundance? I unfortunately live in an HOA and spraying is a real problem, I feel like I have to police constantly to keep them from spraying my area, it's never consistant. I wish they'd realize how bad it's gotten and they are culprits.
One neighbor does, one doesnt. I have a tall wind screen between our two properties of plants to reduce it blowing into my yard. But even with them spraying they are super sweet and ok with our yard. He even covered our bananas to ripen when we were away one time!
Thank you for your video. I have a questions, do you grow cucumbers at all. I tried them in the winter time in south Florida and they grew huge but by the time they were ready to give the fruit, vine borer destroyed them all in one week. We did try to spray with BT but it was not really efficient. Thank you.
When you mention in this video and in others that it's growing in a 1/10 Acre or 1/8 Acre space, is that the allocated space for growing or the property lot size? Also, the link in the description for upcoming classes wasn't working for me. I live near the Pinellas/Hillsborough area and would love to learn some more.
I just ordered my garden tower with your code! Do you have video or info on the soil you use in general? I’m in zone 10 located in Fort Myers Fl. I’m just getting started on my garden!
Unless you have a very protected microclimate or green house I would say probably best to leave that to South Florida. If your in my area St Pete can grow them...
