Excellent video. Well done. And that’s coming from an old guy (68 years old) that had a great time in Santa Theresa 😀 earlier this year.

Man I wished I’d watched this video before I came here in September 😂 so much rain crazy storms. The surf is huge and so messed up. Great job with the video bro!!

September is about the worst time of the year to go there. All it does is rain. Go in the dry season next time and it will be totally different.

My daughter lives in Santa Teresa and I go there every year and there are people from all over the place there… Not just Israel and Argentina. Plenty of Americans, Canadians, and a decent amount of Euros. I also disagree with the amount of Costa Rican ‘s. There are a ton of Costa Rican ‘s.

There's definitely public buses there, the only thing is you have to come in via punta arenas and take the fairy then take two buses to arrive

this was really helpful. ive been trying to decide between santa teresa and Mexico for a trip, somewhere like sayulita or puerto escondidio, and I think santa teresa isn't for me based on what I've heard so far. cheers for the tips!

puerto is kinda whack too mate, if you're not surfing Zicatela, there's only La Punta . . . one point break, and it's jam packed with KOOKS. If you want to surf in Oaxaca, check out Chacahua - mission to get there and it's super shitty accomodations but nice wave. Sayulita probably your best /easiest bet for a chill trip

Lots of good information here. The road is VERY dusty and not a whole lot of sidewalks. Many good restaurants. Correct about the young people, I found them very self centered, not sociable. Not many Ticos. Great for young surfers. I prefer Montezuma
