Its possible, but as long as you stay connected, and you know you can handle the weight....there should be no problems. I do this exercise frequently, in fact. It feels great. The more you do it, the more natural it feels.
@@peetruu22 Make sure you do a lot of supplementary exercises....you know, like for your triceps and shoulders, light arm wrestling curls and fairly heavy wrist curls. That will help with your elbow pain, depending how bad it is.
@@brentlionakaboldchamp so,it doesnt hurt at all,only when i do supinated sidepresure,a little bit,and i waited for a week,and tommorrow i want to train again,that little pain when i get warm gets away,i want to train hard.
