For me, Dan Hwal and Ok Eul Tae are twin spirits, sharing the common sorrow of lonely and rejected children. As adults, they took separate paths, but you cannot separate the man from the wounded child. The hurt is always there. Ok Eul Tae was far more human in some respects than Hwal. Hwal lived only for vengeance, but I believe Ok Eul Tae only wanted to be loved. While Hwal sought to punish those who betrayed him in the past, Ok Eul Tae could still love them in spite of their betrayal (he stated he would never harm Detective Kwon, the reincarnation of the father who brutally dismissed him, and only did so when Kwon "chose" Hwal over him). Like I said, the child is alive and well inside the man. Honestly, the relationship with Sang-Un/Lady Bulgasal was the least interesting of the series, LOL.

I loved everything about this series the storyline , actors , acting all is perfect.
True. The relationship between Sang-Un and him could have been explored more. As it wasn't, it fell a little flat for me.
