Cancer is basically cells, that split indefinitely (they are also "undead" - they don't die) it can't be cured, because the curation would be too slow, and the disease would just move over and split more. There's no such thing as a cure for cancer.
In future there probably may be a thing which stops the cancer cells from spreading by freezing them (or something else) that would mean that the disease would be "cured" (cells would still be there, but couldn't spread, which means, that they would no longer make healthy cells die).

I already have a superpower (if you can call it that). I'm an empath, i can pick up on changing energies around me and know if something is really not right. I already have a spider sense. I can automatically look and know where a spider is. They like to stare at me on the wall or ceiling. One time, my sense kicked and I looked right beside me where I knew that spider was and yep. It was a big wolf spider right next to me. I also have great hearing, sight, and can know what's happening around me with my eyes closed. I can feel if someone is near me or coming towards me. Or I can feel them walking away. It's really crazy. I can also see and hear things that no one else can. I'm just a little sad though that I haven't seen another spirit in a while. Although one woke me up out of a deep sleep a few months ago. He was Allen Watts.

Already planning on implanting a magnet. Make sure they're gold plated to allow your body to accept them better. ;) They are only 10c each, gold plated, 1.5mm by 1mm.
Just make sure you get a good body modifier. I'm also thinking about getting one, and some other chips later down the road. If you get two on the outside of your ears you could be able to have earbuds everywhere you go.

I have also done something like this but it is mostly off so I have to lightly focus to activate it though I only really use it very little like when I'm a bored on long journeys so I just play with it to feel the nearby cars and their speed witch is generally accurate but in my position I feel it on my back like the suit would
It's actually not as cool as that. Have you ever heard that humans only use about 10% of our brains total capacity. Part of the other 90%, is constantly picking up signals from all around you. Your brain (in partner with your skin) can tell when the air is denser, warmer, or maybe has more or less sound waves moving through it. All these subconsious readings are recognized and turn into a "sense" of something.
