i think actually was super close to shifting with this! i’ve mini shifted a few times, but those were unintentional, but this time i was on the verge of shifting, it kinda felt like i was being sucked into my DR and i felt colder and the air was clear! it was so cool!!!
I played this while drinking Chaga mushroom tea and I burned blue lotus incense and I’m so calm rn. I’m gonna finish it by reading my script and then I’ll go do the void method. I enjoy how calm it made me.
I literally got so close with this- I couldn't feel my body and it was tensing up. I also was feeling much warmer. This is the closet I've ever been 🤭🤭
I am using this method to help me shift tonight, I will update the result tomorrow morning in this reality but in a few months of my desired reality. (Thank you for making this guided meditation)

try at an inconvenient time, like when it super energetic or something, just go to ur bedroom and attempt to shift then, that way u most likely won't fall
@@kat6353 i wish I could but, say during the daytime, everyone is loud, where I live I can hear the neighbors and it’s just hard to concentrate. It’s better for me to try at night. But thank you for your suggestion either way!
@@AnaGabriela-jp8os use whatever background noise you have as visualization, that’s ur neighbors in your dr talking! that’s the fan in your dr room! act like you’re already in your dr, just keep affirming
it can be used for either! the progressive muscle relaxation meditation is meant to reduce overall stress and tension and allow you to focus more clearly. you can either use the beginning mediation as a way to relax and then the rest of the subliminal as an awake or sleep method, whichever you prefer. the sub has affirmations to help you shift even if you do fall asleep during your method. hopefully this helps!

try doing an awake method instead + sit upright instead of laying down! you do not need to be laying down to shift.
