I have tried this meditation 5 times. And on the 5th I have finally shifted for the first time. Every single time I kept falling asleep, but I have asked you on tiktok what could I do about it and you told me not to be as tired and it worked. I went to sleep earlier than usual. (I also did another guided meditation before this). I have felt my body floating and I heard your voice in the distance. It was insane. After, like you told me I just listened to you and thought of my cc. 5 minutes later I felt everything spin, and next thing you know I was woken up by my cc. This is my first time ever shifting. I’m speechless. Thank you for this. You are amazing

To anyone reading this right now, please try it! My attempt with this meditation was insane… after the breathing part at the beginning, I started to feel numb and as if my body was floating. But that’s not the crazy part, after some time from the breathing exercise I got to the void state immediately unlike any other attempt I’ve tried with these sort of meditations. I stayed there for at least 30 minutes in real time but it felt like a few minutes for me. Now it sort of was my fault in some way that I didn’t go further and shift because I was a bit confused and didn’t know what to do in that state lmao Adi ily for creating this, plus your voice is so soothing ;-;

OMGG THIS ACTUALLY GOT ME SOO CLOSE I FELT IT!!! i went into the void state for almost an hour but my parents came home and i ws in their bed so they woke me uppp (their bed is way bigger) i want anyone who sees this to try right noww!
This got me to the void state so fast! (immediately after the breathing technique). It usually takes me a while to feel the floating sensation but i felt it in less than 10 minutes. I can’t wait to try this again because it’s the most helpful method to me so far :) update: I tried this again around 2am (I was exhausted), but at some point I got to the void state again. I felt really floaty and numb, like the world was spinning out of control. That really caught me off guard so it was hard to control my breathing and focus. I’ll update again if something happens!

I tried this and this is my experience: It was hot so I basically felt like I was dying from the heat, I went downstairs in my bed and I felt better but still weird. I saw this guided mediation and decided to give it a try. Right as we began with the breathing exercises I felt like my body cooled down and relaxed. The more I breathe in the more I lost focus of where my body was. The more we went through the exercise/meditation the more I felt hot from my heart and my third eye and the more I start to get closer to the void. I know I was still tied down to my body a bit as I felt it trying to check in to see if I was ok (basically symptoms like itching, heating up, feeling like I'm being pushed slowly side by side, etc...) but it didn't matter, I continued breathing in & out and then I lost track of everything else. By the end I was somewhere else, not sure if it was the void or deep inside myself. I forgot to go at the end and then back so that no ad would get me out of that state so I was abruptly gotten back from my relaxed state by a milk ad with loud music. I was quite relaxed and comfortable so I'll be using this more now that I have found it.

When i started it i felt like i was out of my body like the only thing that connected me to my cr was that i was feeling my bed. Hi! I’ve just recently gotten into shifting I haven’t tried, I have just watched videos about it. By script do you mean a full script like every detail of it, or is it like the relationships you have with people in the dr or what happens but not in full detail if that makes sense lol.
@@pandabear3265 There are templates online that can help you make one, but you don't need every little detail. Your mind fills that in since you already know what you want in your dr. You don't even need a script, it's just something people like to have to specify where they wanna go.
Okay, i just wanna make another comment about what i felt cause this is seriously a really good gm So i slept at around 2 am (im p sure 01:55) and i was doing the breathing etc etc, then, i cant explain it, cuz I've been in the void state before but after the breathing it was literally as if i was sucked into nothingness. Tingles instantly came all around me and i felt as if i was floating. I was like this for 3 hours and just left it because my mum wakes up at 5 am and her alarm woke me up :/ but this is really fucking good, and when i woke up i saw 05:15 and the temperature was 15° as well, which is technically 2 angel numbers all meaning something similar of "spirit guides are with you, change is coming" ( 05:15 from the time, 555 from all numbers combined ) All in all im really speechless on everything 30 minutes later, I got a 999 which means something about new beginnings, holy shit

I have been trying to shift since about 2020- early 2021 and I have never shifted. I had close experience to shifting thought. So I decided to try shifting today and it was well and I could meditate and visualise better ( i usually can't visualise and can't meditate) but I had to stop at around 26 miniutes because of my sister blasting music and people trying to wake me up. But this is the closest I have been and will definitely try later when there are less people around me.

(You don’t have to btw) also I tried this and I got all the symptoms, my eyelids started twitching fast, limbs going numb, my breathing and heart beat went faster and after that I felt my body spin, then it stopped and i didn’t open my eyes yet tho, I stayed numb for like 30 mins because my SO is supposed to wake me up when I’ve shifted but they never did, so now I wanna know what I’m supposed to do to get into my dr, that final push that’s the hardest part for me. (Also once I was so close that I heard voices talking from my dr yet I couldn’t succeed even tho I was so close )
There’s diff forms of meditations. You can do breathing exercises, walking is meditation and etc. meditation is essentially bringing ur awareness to ur thoughts
