I SHIFTED!!!! i’ve taken a break from it because i’ve had school but last night i was really tired so i think i was also in that relaxed state. Tbh i think i accidentally did the lucid dream method because i was in the car with my mum when i did the counting trick on my fingers and figured out i was dreaming. I opened a portal to my desired reality but when i walked in i struggled to remember what it was because i haven’t tried in such a long time. So as usual when shifting, most of my body went numb. But something that has NEVER happened, happened today. My subconscious had imagined me in a room- with a weird hole in the ceiling. It has the pink insulation, and string around the edges. I could feel myself shoot up with barely catching a glance of it. It was no longer dark, but a bright white behind my eyes. I’m not sure if this was a waiting room- but I was close to shifting. I know it. I’ll try again tonight and update :)

Ive seen a lot of comments like this and I just want to say, the whole point is to fall asleep. Because of that there’s no way to fall asleep “early”. I think the belief that you have to fall asleep at exactly the perfect time may be preventing you from shifting though
ok i never comment on these videos but i just have to say - this is the most powerful video ive ever listened to. I usually have trouble focusing and trying to get into that meditative state but that happened so so quick with this one and let me tell you the symptoms were CRAZY FAST. during the counting in between talking i just kept repeating “i am shifting” “i have shifted” in my head and whenever i would get slightly distracted i would immediately replace my thoughts with those affirmations. i almost instantly saw an extremely bright light, my body was insanely heavy, and the twitches-omg. i never understood what people meant by feeling twitches before but i swear they were STRONG. at some point i felt like i completely removed myself from my body and was almost there. this is literally more than ive ever felt before, i havent fully shifted yet but i just know this brought me soso close and gave me SO MUCH motivation. I SWEAR SHIFTING IS REAL YALL AND WE CAN ALL DO IT !!! (i maybe wouldve shifted had i more time, but my alarm went off and brought me back since i was doing this during an hour and a half nap rather than at night). TYSM FOR THIS!!!

Hi! I’m going to keep track of my shifting experiences here, these notes are mostly for me but feel free to read them! :) Attempt 1: I saw a bunch of white flashing lights when my eyes were closed- that kinda freaked me out but when the guided meditation was done I got the impulse to open my eyes so I did and I didn’t shift :/ I’ll try again tomorrow though! Attempt 2: Lots of different color lights, they looked like circles that kept getting bigger. I felt like i was floating so that was cool- I opened my eyes too early again :/ (I scripted my eyes would automatically open when I shifted but I’m impatient asf😔)
girl lemme tell you-i know it might not seem "logical" to have shifted bc it felt like a dream BUT YOU PROBABLY DID SHIFT and you were asleep in your desired reality, and shifted back before you woke up! that's happened to me so many times. when i have those dreams i've been forcing myself to wake up and then i'm literally in my dr (so of course i freak tf out) and then i shift back 😭BUT YOU PROBABLY DID SHIFT AND JUST WEREN'T AWAKE FOR IT

I saw a comment about how they used this method and didn't shift but dreamt of it. Now, initially I was like: meh ok I didn't shift but the systems were strong. As hell. I also felt like I was pressed against a barrier/door or you could say I almost shifted it's just I needed that final push through that barrier over to my DR I also had 2 dreams, both related to shifting and my DR. I don't remember the first one but I remember the second one my comfort person from my DR was talking to me and they started pointing out: Oh look it's 333 Angel numbers basically I find that the affirmative I am more than my physical body works really strongly for me Kinda sad that I fell asleep but oh well I'll try again tonight I usually don't comment on shifting vids but this one actually had an effect so thank you Highly recommend this vid
i've been trying to shift every night as of recent, but this was the first time i ever got close. i got full body tingles and i couldn't feel the bed under me and i truly truly believe i was almost there !! i'm going to use this from now on.

Omg. I was trying to shift after almost two years of trying, and I was really close for the first time. I felt my body feeling numb and I was getting sleepy. For some reason after I fell asleep. When I woke up it was about at the end of the video and I could still hear it in the back. I felt like I was in my room but it didn’t feel like I had shifted, I saw some weird symbols on the ceiling when I opened my eyes. At that moment I knew that I was close to shifting. Thank you so much for this video!! It was the first one that got me this close into shifting!! I believe I can shift tonight!!❤️
This was amazing! I was really close to shifting with this. Like I was to the point where I was like basically asleep and then it was like I was traveling with this bright blue light. Like on a rollercoaster but the cart was a light. It surprised me so I kind of snapped myself out of it but I know I was super close to shifting! Im either gonna try again tonight and see if it works better as an asleep method or I will when I wake up tomorrow as an awake method.

When i tell you i felt so close to my DR .. this is what got me so close after trying to shift for ages… I just tried it and got so many symptoms and felt my position changing and body changing. I think I got the closest to fully shifting I ever have with this! Once I was about to fall asleep I heard voices talking around me. Unfortunately it freaked me out and I jumped awake, but I was definitely almost there!

I don't usually comment on videos but I almost shifted with this!! (Only reason I didn't was my own fault) Basically I've been trying for a month and been kinda close before (had all the symptoms) but I decided to try a different method because I get distracted by my own thoughts so I listened to this because If I got distracted I could focus again on the voice. I scripted that someone would wake me up in my DR by touching my arm and I could feel on my right arm almost like a hand touching me but it was like lightweight?? Dont know how to explain it, I continued focusing on the audio (rolling my eyes whenever I felt nervous or focused too much on my symptoms) and then I heard a voice, like someone talking very close to me. I was home alone (my flatmate was at work) so I freaked out and opened my eyes. Now I know I opened them too early bc I was scared and excited, but I'm going to try again now so I'll update this comment in case anyone finds it helpful!! Edit 1: I tried two times after posting the comment and same thing happened, whenever I start hearing voices from my dr I keep getting anxious and opening my eyes too early 😭 I’m trying to work on keeping calm so I’ll update this comment again if I make any progress!!

@@em12837 dont say that, ofc you can😤 try switching up your method maybe. and make sure to take breaks. honestly all you need is a strong intention to shift & also patience. it took my friend 1 year & 3 months to finally shift, so dont worry about timing. you will do it in your own time, when youre 100% ready. so dont stress over it or anything, youll make it eventually

this is one of the best methods cause for 2 years i’ve never gotten very close but yesterday and the night before that I got super close and had a whole bunch of symptoms
The one time that I get really close, like I felt like I was falling out of my body, seeing a tunnel twisting in black white and hearing the video fade out more and more as the video continued, my AirPods decide to just go “not so fast, where do u think you’re going,” and die on me just halfway through the video. I WAS S O CLOSE I COULD FEEL IT AND JUST DIE RIGHT THEN AND THERE. I’m definitely going to try again tomorrow night bc this is actually so nice and relaxing and It always pops up on my recommended whenever I’m thinking about going to shift and I’ve never felt this close before (I’ve been trying to shift for like 8-9 months now but I took a long break over the summer and school and with these symptoms from this guided meditation will actually make want to try more).

I tried this method. The first time, i fell asleep during the counting and woke up with the music, didn't feel anything. The second time tho, was yesterday, i really liked this method so i decided to give it another try. Yesterday i got into the void, i felt my body fall asleep but my mind was awake. I got chills, saw lights, and even heard things from my dr. Not clear voices but stuff that were happening there and not in my cr bedroom. I didn't fully shift but i feel so close now 🥺🥺🥺 i hope everyone who's trying hard a great time and i hope everyone shift!! thank u for sharing this method and doing this guided meditation, the symptoms are motivation enough but I wouldn't be able to feel it without this video!!
this method worked like a lot for me.. i almost shifted using this method bcs i think sleep method doesnt work for me.. this method really made me feel like i was already there but this video is too short..i was shocked so i felt disconnected with my dr because of the ending.. really hope that u make this video longer.. :DD
Updating whenever I can (daily) Night 1: so I didn't shift but as soon as I turned off the video, I saw a lot of flashing lights so i decided to start saying affrimations and I think I was close but I accidentally opened my eyes- Night 2: I got more and impatient so I fell fell asleep :')

I’m gonna update every time I do this meditation for shifting motivation! Night 1: I didn’t finish the complete meditation I think I got 50 at least but I had major symptoms and had two really vivid dreams I know I will shift soon x

I still have faith that it’ll happen 6th night: I don’t think this method is for me but I hope it can help others. I don’t remember what happened but I don’t think I was close. Hi! I’m going to keep track of my shifting experiences here, these notes are mostly for me but feel free to read them! :)
Attempt 1: I saw a bunch of white flashing lights when my eyes were closed- that kinda freaked me out but when the guided meditation was done I got the impulse to open my eyes so I did and I didn’t shift :/ I’ll try again tomorrow though!
Attempt 2: Lots of different color lights, they looked like circles that kept getting bigger. I felt like i was floating so that was cool- I opened my eyes too early again :/ (I scripted my eyes would automatically open when I shifted but I’m impatient asf😔)

Okay so I had a dream but in that dream i shifted and it felt realist but now that I’m awake I’m convinced it was just a dream 😭
girl lemme tell you-i know it might not seem "logical" to have shifted bc it felt like a dream BUT YOU PROBABLY DID SHIFT and you were asleep in your desired reality, and shifted back before you woke up! that's happened to me so many times. when i have those dreams i've been forcing myself to wake up and then i'm literally in my dr (so of course i freak tf out) and then i shift back 😭BUT YOU PROBABLY DID SHIFT AND JUST WEREN'T AWAKE FOR IT

I’m shifting, I’m always shifting, I shift when I eat, when I drink, when I move, when I grow, even when I breath. I am always shifting. I will wake up in my desired reality. (Repeat this as many times as you can until you feel ready )

(Update)- so basically I haven’t shifted yet, I fell asleep a few more times and then I took a break (I’m still on the break right now), but when I end up trying again I’ll update :)

I saw a comment about how they used this method and didn't shift but dreamt of it.
Now, initially I was like: meh ok
I didn't shift but the systems were strong. As hell. I also felt like I was pressed against a barrier/door or you could say I almost shifted it's just I needed that final push through that barrier over to my DR
I also had 2 dreams, both related to shifting and my DR. I don't remember the first one but I remember the second one my comfort person from my DR was talking to me and they started pointing out: Oh look it's 333

I find that the affirmative I am more than my physical body works really strongly for me

i've been trying to shift every night as of recent, but this was the first time i ever got close. i got full body tingles and i couldn't feel the bed under me and i truly truly believe i was almost there !! i'm going to use this from now on.
don't tire urself out! it recommended to have a 3-5 day break before u try shifting again

Omg. I was trying to shift after almost two years of trying, and I was really close for the first time. I felt my body feeling numb and I was getting sleepy. For some reason after I fell asleep. When I woke up it was about at the end of the video and I could still hear it in the back. I felt like I was in my room but it didn’t feel like I had shifted, I saw some weird symbols on the ceiling when I opened my eyes. At that moment I knew that I was close to shifting. Thank you so much for this video!! It was the first one that got me this close into shifting!! I believe I can shift tonight!!❤️

This was amazing! I was really close to shifting with this. Like I was to the point where I was like basically asleep and then it was like I was traveling with this bright blue light. Like on a rollercoaster but the cart was a light. It surprised me so I kind of snapped myself out of it but I know I was super close to shifting! Im either gonna try again tonight and see if it works better as an asleep method or I will when I wake up tomorrow as an awake method.

This gave me symptoms I have never experienced, this is by far the best guided method I’ve used
this so definitely my new favorite method, i had a ton of symptoms !

When i tell you i felt so close to my DR .. this is what got me so close after trying to shift for ages…
I just tried it and got so many symptoms and felt my position changing and body changing.

Like did you strictly follow this meditation and then just affirm with emotion or meditate intent and pretened? Sorry for the long questions!

I think I got the closest to fully shifting I ever have with this! Once I was about to fall asleep I heard voices talking around me. Unfortunately it freaked me out and I jumped awake, but I was definitely almost there!
The dream I had with this! It was crazy! I shifted four times in the dream but when I actually realized it was a dream ;( I woke up.

I don't usually comment on videos but I almost shifted with this!! (Only reason I didn't was my own fault)
Basically I've been trying for a month and been kinda close before (had all the symptoms) but I decided to try a different method because I get distracted by my own thoughts so I listened to this because If I got distracted I could focus again on the voice. I scripted that someone would wake me up in my DR by touching my arm and I could feel on my right arm almost like a hand touching me but it was like lightweight?? Dont know how to explain it, I continued focusing on the audio (rolling my eyes whenever I felt nervous or focused too much on my symptoms) and then I heard a voice, like someone talking very close to me. I was home alone (my flatmate was at work) so I freaked out and opened my eyes. Now I know I opened them too early bc I was scared and excited, but I'm going to try again now so I'll update this comment in case anyone finds it helpful!!
Edit 1: I tried two times after posting the comment and same thing happened, whenever I start hearing voices from my dr I keep getting anxious and opening my eyes too early 😭 I’m trying to work on keeping calm so I’ll update this comment again if I make any progress!!

@@em12837 dont say that, ofc you can😤 try switching up your method maybe. and make sure to take breaks. honestly all you need is a strong intention to shift & also patience. it took my friend 1 year & 3 months to finally shift, so dont worry about timing. you will do it in your own time, when youre 100% ready. so dont stress over it or anything, youll make it eventually

this is one of the best methods cause for 2 years i’ve never gotten very close but yesterday and the night before that I got super close and had a whole bunch of symptoms
The one time that I get really close, like I felt like I was falling out of my body, seeing a tunnel twisting in black white and hearing the video fade out more and more as the video continued, my AirPods decide to just go “not so fast, where do u think you’re going,” and die on me just halfway through the video. I WAS S O CLOSE I COULD FEEL IT AND JUST DIE RIGHT THEN AND THERE. I’m definitely going to try again tomorrow night bc this is actually so nice and relaxing and It always pops up on my recommended whenever I’m thinking about going to shift and I’ve never felt this close before (I’ve been trying to shift for like 8-9 months now but I took a long break over the summer and school and with these symptoms from this guided meditation will actually make want to try more).

I've been trying to shift for almost 3 months now and i'm positive that i'm REALLY close and i feel like this is my final push so ima update y'all
I tried this method. The first time, i fell asleep during the counting and woke up with the music, didn't feel anything.
The second time tho, was yesterday, i really liked this method so i decided to give it another try. Yesterday i got into the void, i felt my body fall asleep but my mind was awake. I got chills, saw lights, and even heard things from my dr. Not clear voices but stuff that were happening there and not in my cr bedroom. I didn't fully shift but i feel so close now 🥺🥺🥺 i hope everyone who's trying hard a great time and i hope everyone shift!!
thank u for sharing this method and doing this guided meditation, the symptoms are motivation enough but I wouldn't be able to feel it without this video!!
this method worked like a lot for me.. i almost shifted using this method bcs i think sleep method doesnt work for me.. this method really made me feel like i was already there but this video is too short..i was shocked so i felt disconnected with my dr because of the ending.. really hope that u make this video longer.. :DD

1st night: I just fell asleep but I had a dream (unrelated to the reality I’m tryna shift to)
2nd night: I fell asleep but both nights at around 25 I feel kinda sick and get the intense urge to move so idk what thats abt
3rd night: I lost track after 20 and fell asleep but I have faith that I will shift tonight
4th night: I was too sweaty to shift but I didn’t want to move cuz I was close but ended up sleeping
5th night: Haven’t shifted yet but had a dream close-ish to my dr. I still have faith that it’ll happen
6th night: I don’t think this method is for me but I hope it can help others. I don’t remember what happened but I don’t think I was close. But one more night always have hope
7th night: sadly it didn’t work but I’m sending y’all good vibes and hope y’all shift with this
