Can I ask for some tips? I’m planning to make my own wedding cake. Can I do this with 2 tier? what cake pan should I use? Thank you so much!
Yes you can, you can use a 8” and 6” pan.
@@ZoeyandVFam thank you! I really appreciate it! 🙏🏼🫶
Lovely cake! Is it a non diary based whipping cream? If not, what’s the percentage of fat? The cream appears so stable!
Hi, it’s 6% total fat per TB. This is diary base heavy whipping cream.
Is the recipe in the description for a 6 inch? Or for an 8 inch and I need to go half the ingredients?
It’s for a 8” cake.
Which cream you're using can you please share the name
Here’s the recipe:
WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING
2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 Tbsp dry vanilla pudding mix
Do you freeze the cake for a while too or just let it cool for a couple hrs?
Cool at least 2 hours prior to cutting to let the cake settle.
What piping bags do you use
