The cadence of his vocals, especially early in the song, gives me huge Set if Off vibes. And definitely early 2000s rock vibes too! 10/10 song and reaction!

No cause SIO is one of my fav bands and I IMMEDIATELY thought of them when this song started
I think there’s an inherent expectation to get an electro swing vibe from an Alastor song because he’s the radio demon, but as soon as I heard Fabvl’s I thought: “Hey this sounds like the ‘old school’ music that I used to listen to from an older era- ohhh!”
Nerdcore was insane and on the climb for the last few years.
Sad it's not getting much recognition still.

You can hear a confidence that really represents the character here in song, it's above all that grit, very impressive to say the least.
I can only imagine working this up lyrically let alone all these layers he has put into it.
This song brings me back man,this is most definitely inspired by gothic emo early 2000s bands like green day, MCR,black veil brides and so many others but the fact it's also hazbin hotel inspired it means somewhat more impressive because I just finished the first season of it, it definitely captures the psychotic side of alastor perfectly. Since we don't see much of that in the show. Since he's the radio demon and all I'd say this is most likely the type of rock and roll he'd play on his broadcast.
damn, there's a hazbin song i haven't heard of? i gotta go check out the original video after this! the screaming got me too! yelling wrong could ruin your voice, so it always amazes me when someone goes from that metal scream sound to melodic again

I played the solo but Fabvl technically wrote it! He sang some notes into an audio message and I just played what he had in his head! We've written a few songs together but we're starting to really dive into how to work together most effectively!
