sir maine architect hire kiya hai jo all services dega till completion without material, on percentage of 10% of total cost , around 5000sqft construction hoga, so is it good deal pls reply

Sir bunglow design aap architect kariye. Execution kai like civil engineering supervisor lagata hai... you will spend approx 75 lakh for bunglow... means approx 150 rs per sqft is cost of higher site... design kai liye including structural interior, services will be 75 rs sqft is fine
