Taku, I have learned so much from your videos. It was your knife sharpening video that inspired me to start really getting into cooking. I saw the precision that you had when cutting your meats and had to start learning how to do it myself. I have started just fishing trout at my local lakes but I plan to start fishing all different kinds of things in the future. Thank you

I have a request to make. I know you both love to catch and cook, but for some of us who can't go out and fish fresh salmon, can you provide us with some insight on what is best to get at the grocery store? I want to make some sushi with salmon but don't know what to look for. Is it good to eat raw? Is it freshly farmed? I'm talking about the in store prepackaged ones at your local grocery like Walmart, Costco, etc. Love your videos. Thank you and you both have a wonderful day.
