Last time I took a bus to Atlantic City was with my big cousin sixty years ago. Before we departed, the driver got up and turned around to welcome us and introduced himself. Those days are long gone.
I had the worst experience ever taking those horrible Buses from SF-LA, they canceled my trip from 11:00 am. it was 5:00 pm and they were still giving us exuses 😢. I lost a day at work. I had to go to the Airport, take a flight and pay hundreds, I called to get my money back they said it wasn't their fault.. NEVER TAKE TRAVEL ON THAT HORRIBLE COMPANY
The worst service in my entire life. They have made me waste 2 whole days postponing the pickup time over and over again. They should close or be fined for such bad service and wasting the time of people who need to travel.
They did this to all of us there were people waiting for 5 days. If they don't have drivers they shouldn't be having tickets. This is the worst service in the US!
Memories of waiting out in the freezing cold for 12 to 15 hours to go 3 hours for there were too many Amish passengers and only one bus so one scheduled trip is 4 to 6 trips in a day. I was last being an, 'English,' man, I mean regular American finding my country began to change not in my favor during the Obama years.
You start on the extraboard which means you are on call 24/7. You can end up anywhere in the U.S. It's very demanding. The company has new owners again, terminals are sold.

Depends on where you live but if you have a smartphone you can get a digital ticket on your phone and the driver will just scan it.
