Removing the rose petals is not "disrespect" for Morticia or the Addams Family. That's just the way they are. In the movies, Morticia snips the rose petals off of their roses in their greenhouse. It was also said that Gomez is allergic to roses OR being the Addams Family, they love the thorns more than the flower. 😊
Please react to a k- drama called “ the glory” FYI there is a season 2 coming this march if you guys wanna wait to watch it all together✌🏻.it sooo good you'll like it 😊
I agree 100%. And I’m so happy they actually let her be beautiful too. She said in an interview this is the first time she’s had where her character wore makeup and was more feminine. She’s usually asked to play more masculine women because of her height. Which I also love her as, but it’s nice that she’s getting to fell like she’s not boxed in and being type cast. I love that she felt great about this role too because it really shows in her performance.
Pugsley is adorable! 🥰 I really hope we see more of him and Lurch (butler/driver) in the next season. I love how Wednesday is not a hugger but she does let Pugsley and her dad hug and kiss her 🥹🖤
The Addams family is consistently one of the best portrayals of a healthy marriage and positive, engaged parenting in media. That’s why this franchise was so important to me growing up. It showed that you could be weird and still find love and have a family. That outsiders didn’t have to understand you as long as your loved ones do. It’s a really fun and beautiful way to portray that message.
This episode really made me feel for bianca cause her mom is really terrible and the way she treats her also I just love Gwendoline Christie in this role she’s great loving these Theories you guys have as the show progresses
Hey guys. Rando trivia here for you. Nightshade is quite common. In fact, one of the most common places to find it growing is along playground fences and schoolyards because the chain link fences give it a nice clear spot to grow around and through. Deadly nightshade, or Atropa Belladonna, was used as juice of the berry by women in the Renaissance to dilate their pupils so they would look more "doe eyed", and that's where the herb got its popular name from -- Bella Donna, or Pretty Lady. All parts of the plant are poisonous to humans in some way or another, but the most common accidental deaths come from children eating the berries from the bushes of it near the edge of... playgrounds and schoolyards or on the borders of their property in the North and Eastern portions of the US. So as far as effective Nightshade Poison being something the Gates's would have access to, it's all over the Northeast of the US and growing wild everywhere. So common, in fact, that most people don't know a thing about it and just leave the bushes wherever they happen to pop up. It would take a lot higher dose than a single vial of it to kill an entire school dance worth of teenagers, and the liquid would probably look like red wine, not some glowy electric blue stuff, but special effects and plot device liberties aside, Nightshade to the rescue. It's also traditionally one of the herbal weapons in a witch's spellbook for hexes and poisons and such. That's why Goody Addams, a most New England-ish Mexican Witch, by the way, started the Nightshade Society to be her tools for vengeance and revenge against the Pilgrims. There's kind of poetry that the Gates tried to use the weapon of the WItches against the Outcasts, and yet Morticia, a witch herself, turns Garrett around enough that the Nightshade works against the Normie, instead. These plots have a surprising amount of layers to them. I'm impressed, for a pop culture show.
Even more common than that, it is found in many common food crops. Tomatoes, potatoes, eggplants, and other common herbs and vegetables are nightshade plants. Eating some of them unripe, raw, or the stems or leaves of others can cause minor poisoning in small amounts and in large amounts can cause liver or heart problems and possibly organ failure.
Omg thank you for this comment, I love eating berries in the wild and have done this so many times, and I never associated the sickness later to those berries. Nightshade should be a known thing 😮
I think the reason why the sirens never use their powers and why they keep their amulets on is because they are not allowed to. But, of course, like Bianca said, it is not 100% foolproof. Accidents happen (like when that gorgon Ajax stoned himself,) and when she did, her closest relationship broke down because the trust was broken. So now, Bianca won’t trust herself to use her powers. Her Mom is only interested in her and comes looking for her, because she is a con artist and can no longer swindle people out of their money because she is losing her powers. She only wants her daughter back so that she can use her to control the people in her cult and get them to keep giving her their money.
Anjelica Houston will always be my favorite Morticia Addams! The movies from the 90’s are funny and iconic. I hope you guys watch them to get more info on each family member.
garrett had that vial of nightshade poison that his dad gave him, when he was fighting with gomez the vial broke and the poison got on garrett, so that's when he got poisoned and started foaming at the mouth :)
Wednsday isnt a normal person in comparison to the rest of the students. She and her mothers side of the family are usually depicted as witches or their descendants. Also I have always loved Gomez and Morticia. They always are so in love and its so sweet.
Eugene's moms were the best, alongside Wednesday's folks. Enid's dad was clearly the submissive one in that relationship, but is still the better parent.
I think the funny thing here is; Wednesday told Thornhill about Eugene's attack, and Thornhill followed Wednesday. It's not like she came it's of nowhere; she knew Wednesday was heading into the woods to find Eugene. But this whole thing is to throw everyone off; to kill people guessing. Going back over this show; I see what all the pieces fit in. Pieces everyone misses on first look
In a given wolfpack there is often an Alpha male and female, others of the same sex have a lower standing. Enid is not the Alpha female in their pack. I don't think Enid's dad agrees with the mom, he gives her a "I told you so" look at the marshmallow scene. When Enid does stand up to her mom he gives her his support and a kiss.
Thanks again guys i really enjoy my time watching with you and love your reactions and the recap you do at the begining of each episode you guys are great thank you
While the poison didn't necessarily kill Garret directly, it did cause him to go nuts and get himself killed. If he survived the stab wound and the fall, the nightshade would have finished the job.
@@ambriaashley3383 I believe the female is usually in charge of raising the pups in a wolf pack. So the mom would have the ultimate decision which is likely why the dad doesn't speak up. But he does show he supports Enid in the end.
And once again; I have to laugh. Laurel Gates drown as a child. After she was orphaned; she was sent overseas to a boarding school. When she drowned is unknown, but she couldn't be Tyler's mom. But I love how you guys are so willing to throw everything against the wall; to see if it sticks 😆
Thanks, Zuff! Thanks, Rob! Thanks, Bryce! 🕷 #ReelTime #GandjaMonteiro #Wednesday #WednesdaySeries By the way, Amazon tells me THE END OF THE FxxxING WORLD comic I sent to y'all arrived at your mailbox on Tuesday, January 17th. 😎
The Gates daughter was too young to be Tyler's mom - she was younger than Garret, orphaned as a child, sent overseas and supposedly drowned there. Unless she was a teen mom and had her baby taken before being sent away, which would be very twisted.
The name Garrett Gates makes me laugh because it makes me think of Gareth Gates who was a pop star in the early 2000s 😂 like sugar bubble gum pop star.
Coming from a gay guy, I feel like Enid's character and situation is an allegory to trans acceptance (Netflix has a lot of woke-ness). Her hair is blue/pink, which are the trans flag colors, and mom clearly doesn't like that she isn't a normal furry (lol), while dad is supportive and tells her "you do you." Not saying Enid is trans at all, but it may have been a nod towards trans rights.

Morticia grows roses for the quality of their thorns not their blooms.
Pugsly is one of my favorite characters in the Adams family, especially this portrayal of him. He's very sweet and innocent

I hope Gwendoline Christie gets more roles like this. Love her, she's so beautiful ❤️ and statuesque. She played one of my favorite characters in GoT.

The pose she does when shoots the gun during the boat race was so cute 😩❤️

BAD ASS MOM!!!...say her name: Morticia Sunday Frump Addams!!!
How do you know her full name ?
I don't think Bianca sirened her way in, I think her mom would just make those accusations to turn her reputation with the school board.
i absolutely love the pda with them, they are relationship goals
“He’s gonna grab it.” 😂
Eugene's moms were the best, alongside Wednesday's folks. Enid's dad was clearly the submissive one in that relationship, but is still the better parent.
i love the comparison of wolf out to coming out
loved the baltimore raven joke 😭
I think the funny thing here is; Wednesday told Thornhill about Eugene's attack, and Thornhill followed Wednesday. It's not like she came it's of nowhere; she knew Wednesday was heading into the woods to find Eugene. But this whole thing is to throw everyone off; to kill people guessing.

True after all, she's a teacher so it's her rôle to be concerned
Remember how goody told Wednesday you're the key and how she got the vision when she touched the front of the crackstone crypt

I won't be surprised if the guy suffered of erotomania
I thought it was crazy how she was upset that dad possibly killed someone when she almost committed murder in Ep 1.
Enid's Dad is the best
I wanted him to stand up to his wife more and verbally tell her to back off. Would’ve sent a good message, especially in front of Enid.
@@ambriaashley3383 I believe the female is usually in charge of raising the pups in a wolf pack. So the mom would have the ultimate decision which is likely why the dad doesn't speak up. But he does show he supports Enid in the end.
@@ambriaashley3383 the way i see it, i think dad is waiting for Enid to stand up to herself

Technically in This iteration of the Adam's family, The Addams' are descendants of witches
25:52 if Jenna Ortega ever gets casted as Raven in the DCU, this’ll be a funny little moment to look back on
Hi guys
Please react to 'THE GLORY'

My uncle used to fish that way with homemade explosives lol
if Thornhill was the monster her clothes would rip
The name Garrett Gates makes me laugh because it makes me think of Gareth Gates who was a pop star in the early 2000s 😂 like sugar bubble gum pop star.
Are you guys gonna watch “The last of us”
If I didn't like Bianca one day, I don't remember
Honeslty, I won't be surprised if Garreth suffered of erotomania
*hi guys, good reaction as always, can you also react to "the gifted" it's a thai series, it's very good, hope you can, thanks* 🙌🏻
Hope you guys are doing ok!😊 Been getting some strange vibes in the vids recently❤❤

I feel the same. Either that or just overall acceptance of the LGBTQ community. Such as coming out and being different.
Where is the last of US?
Why y’all ask like that 😂
