Good morning ma
I watched your video on how to make a dress pattern and you said if you are to make a dress pattern with half cut you with cut the basic bodice removing the 0.5 tightening but for the skirt pattern you will cut straight
So my question is if you are to remove the 0.5 from the basic bodice ,then you should it to the basic skirt but in your case you don't,what is the reason?

You may want to specify where it is the guide lines are going. Like center front line you said you're taking width measurement you didn't specify if we need to square up or completing the rectangle/square you just said that becomes your center front line. But you said it was the width measurement. Of what?! I understand you said to watch your other tutorial but some people like myself are here because we don't want to draft a full scale pattern quite yet. But your steps are somewhat vague. May wanna do an improved version.
