I think its razoable, cuz commander will buff towers with more accurancy in which hell be usefull on high-firerated towers( including accel, turret and mini) and he'll be kinda dodo with low fire-rated tower ( like ranger and sniper)
I think Pyro's speed boost is not completely removed, it's just that the speed boost is reduced down so much that normally you won't notice it. I still saw Pyro speeding up enemies but the speed boost is blandly noticeable. Maybe I am wrong but idk.
It makes sense for slight more speed due to being scared of the fire and trying to run away and get it off but slowing them down would be good too because stop drop and roll to get the fire off would be logical in a fire so your face doesn’t become a steak also pyro should get a bit better dps ngl due to it being one of the most powerful forces ever fire you know the drill with the top forces earth fire air and water (no ice guys stop that frozen stupidity ice is just water in another form also not love either love is a emotion not a force!) I think devs should make golden pyro slow down enemies
back in the day it used to slow down enemies, til the halloween update it would increase enemy speed, dunno why they changed em that way
