if you reduce paying commission to doctors obviously you can reduce the price, this is what happening most of the pathologies in India.

Test product mix & using far more expensive tests than what may be really required...? In a market where consumers are getting very well informed about the tests they're prescribed & it's alternatives?
No Government benchmark to operate a Pathology lab.... What if it was at the time they started out ?😂

Often for super premium brands, the strategy to increase prices YoY may not exist because they're already covered in that regard!
her words are misleading. she says, "they wont focus on increasing price". but again, recommend doctors to go for high level testing. which in turn means your aim is more price or doubling profit. what the hell about the patients?
