Actually I was on same boat….they had shipped my order but they are not delivering it…the thing is that you can’t do anything but hoping for the best….I purchased it for 52k …. I asked the senior executive very politely to deliver it asap….I have sent a mail tagging CEO and founders in cc.They got scared and one senior agent from escalation team said *Its on me to deliver your product by today* ( already the delivery Day has been passed) …so that day at 10 pm I got my iPhone.I remained calm because I have put my money on the product which is with them.After that I gave very bad rating to the delivery guy and flipkart…and that’s the only thing I can do.I could have humiliated them like your sister but I knew they will cancel my product.

I have called them 1000 of times and also visited there nearest hub but all is wasted. And raised query on flipcart multiple times. This is ridiculous and I will not prefer using flipcart again

I have ordered 2 iphone 13 , pink at 50019 both got delivered. I personally use a method , 3 accounts I place 3 orders with different accounts , bcz flipkart tend to cancel 1 or 2 orders. But 1 will surely delivered. Or if 3 got out for delivery accept 1 delivery cancel 2 orders.

I am not 100% sure but telecom retailer is the seller and its Flipkart parent company so now u know who is the real brain in this
