If your working for varient I belive it's just the 90 degree and 45 degree backing, he's obviously doing lease so that's different, I have watched the orientation and it stay consistent.
Keep up the good work my friend. I have a question for you , I just finish my CDL school and going to start my orientation with US xpress but they didn't teach me how to do 45 or 90 degree backing at the school, will they help you with 45 or 90 degree backing at orientation?

Yes, they will take you out on the pad and show you how to do it then, you will have to show that you can do it

They have trainers there but I already had my experience when I got there. Werner or Prime will definitely train you.
