Awesome opportunity. I am a owner operator with 2 trucks leased to a company. The pay is 50% after the company takes their 20% and takes out fuel. So what's left over after that we split 50% and I pay the rest of the expenses out of my portion. Very transparent, the driver will book their own loads and will negotiate their own rates directly with the broker.
